Me and my partner bought a car from Charlie beginning of the year and had a fabulous evening, so when it was time to get another one we knew were to go and it’s the best decision we made. We get go home we a great car we can love for a long time.

What a fantastic experience I have had at HPL! I walked in with absolutely no idea what I was looking for as I last minute needed a car after having to hand back my company vehicle. I was lucky enough to be looked after by Kyle who has guided me through this experience with such ease! Thank you so much for making this process so easy whilst I’ve been dealing with the most stressful week of my life!

A team of genuinely nice people - something many car sales firms lack. Dealt with a couple of the team, primarily Adrian and had a fantastic experience. Adrian kept regular contact and ensured I was up to date with everything throughout. Down to the last day, he made a conscious effort to ensure this experience was as pleasant as possible while securing a car that exceeds my expectations. It’s clear the team are very particular about what stock they take on to ensure the quality remains a high standard for their clients. Thanks again!

Absolute joke this company, they part exchanged my vehicle 3 weeks ago and still haven’t settled my finance the vehicle we purchased although a good car
So far, had only one key, which we were not aware of, badly scratched alloys, which we did not see on initial inspection, we asked for fuel to be added (at our cost) which it wasn’t and there were 0 miles in it. Customer service and after care is an absolute joke and still haven’t received corrected paperwork for the purchase as they got all the registration numbers wrong in the original purchase paperwork. Avoid avoid avoid. They are a nasty joke

Nice garage and selection of cars - dissapointingly poor customer service after money has been sent.

Joe was great on the day. After full payment was sent, every email and call was ignored over the next couple of weeks. I was even chasing for confirmation the evening before I was hoping to collect the car after there had been a delay. They'll offer various warranties, I asked for the details to be sent to me for consideration - ignored. I'm still unaware where to find my vehicles service history.

Despite being passed on their 128-point vehicle checks, Aircon wasn't working the first time I tried to use it which was highly frustrating.

Positively, the service centre were good at helping me sort this and I could do it locally instead of driving all the way back. They sent a refund, but again they didn't bother to confirm this had been approved, I can just see I have recieved it.

Poor communication seems to be the theme. They'll ask you to write your review on the day of collection which is obviously when everyone is happy. Go back far enough in the reviews and these issues seem consistent over time. An email or return call isn't a big ask when people are committing to large amounts of money.

All this aside, now the aircon is sorted, I am very happy with the car I got from them. Just dissapointed in the service after.

So pleased with how easy the whole process was made by Adrian’s help. He even went above and beyond by going to another show room to collect the car we was interested in whilst we waited. Would highly recommend a visit and ask for Adrian.

What a fantastic dealership. It's the first time that we"ve been and were made to feel very welcome from the start. The selection of cars is good but more critically, the focus on customer service is outstanding. No pushy hard sales just trying to delight the customer. Great service from Adrian at the Oldham branch. He got the car sorted for me to take away in a day, brilliant would absolutely recommend.

Very bad experience with this company. I waited more than seven weeks for my refund. Every time I contacted them, I was promised it would be returned within 3–5 working days, but nothing happened. Eventually they stopped answering my calls completely.
I only got my money back after opening a bank dispute. I also felt pressured into paying the deposit and was asked why I came there if I wasn’t ready to buy a car immediately.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

During a recent visit to the showroom, my mother and I were warmly greeted by Sirak, a sales advisor. Sirak’s polite, professional demeanour and willingness to assist us throughout our visit were exceptional. We highly commend Sirak’s exceptional customer service. Very poor customer service from HPL Motors Oldham.
I had to make five unnecessary 44-mile round trips due to repeated issues and poor handling of my complaint, causing wasted time, fuel, and inconvenience.
Although they apologised, they refused any compensation or goodwill gesture despite acknowledging the poor service.
Very disappointing aftercare and complaint handling.

Great experience throughout whilst buying with HPL in Oldham. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. Overall a great service provided by Andy A during the purchase & Kai for the final handover.

Brilliant service and communication from the Chaps at HPL

Dan made it very easy to buy the car. Kept in regular contact, made sure the car had a new charger, a couple of scratches were rectified and headrest was sorted.

Andrew made the whole process nice and easy, I went in not having a clue what I wanted to buy and he was patient and gave me great guidance. Once I'd decided he explained the whole process thoroughly and kept me updated whilst I waited for my car to be ready. Would recommend.
