I received an excellent standard of customer service. The representative was exceptionally approachable, courteous, and professional throughout our conversation. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and demonstrated genuine willingness to assist, ensuring that all of my questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Their excellent communication skills and positive attitude made the experience both reassuring and enjoyable. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the high level of customer care and would not hesitate to recommend their service

I recieved this unasprcted call from O2 and whitin minutes ive been given a whole 60% discount on my pay as u go bundle that was abit expensive but Thanks to miss Jess i only pay 18£ a month for more then i use to get !! Dont hasitate answear theyr call , it is totally whort it

My experience with this company has been very disappointing. The entire service provided by the HQ team appears questionable. The staff member, Numman, who initially contacted and onboarded me, has become unreachable and no longer answers calls or messages.

I've also tried contacting the company through other channels, but most responses seem to come from automated messages under the name "Sara," making it extremely difficult to speak with a real person. The few people I have managed to communicate with struggled to provide clear information or resolve my concerns.

At this stage, I genuinely question the legitimacy of the service. I sincerely hope this is just poor customer support and not a scam, but my experience so far has left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and concerned.

Haydyn was really friendly and helpful, answered all questions with clear and concise communication, we had a laugh made it more enjoyable

Very friendly and helpful

I spoke with Calvin, top man he made everything crystal clear and I was more than happy with he's service. And made everything easy for me going through the contract.after I got my new SIM card I discovered they are not 02 as they told me and terminated my contract with 02. My SIM apparently doesn't activate for another 4 days so I'm left without been able to use my phone. I'm very unhappy.
