My son recommended Scot Park. The experience was fantastic from start to end. Very quick checking in and then transferred to the airport around 7 minutes drive. Drop off and pick up point very easy and stress free. Just 3 minutes walk to the main entrance.
When we arrive we called the parking company and they were there quickly. Both drivers were very careful driving and we had a smooth ride. I truly recommend this company. Very helpful and made my airport experience much better.

Got a parking fine for parking in holiday express when I had a booking

As requested we called 20 minutes before we arrived to be told to call back when we were 10 minutes away, which we did. No signs anywhere to advise where we were to go once at car park. No driver to be seen,called again to be told he was on his way 15 minutes later he arrived. It was about 10minutes walk to the airport. When we came back same again called and told driver would be 10 to 15 minutes. This is not what I call meet and greet at least with an offside park you are dropped near the terminal building and have little or no waiting time. As a regular flyer the lesson learned and sorry to say i will not use this service again.

I made this booking on the 27th May 2026. I booked this company because of the following

Arrival Procedure:
This is a meet and greet service, meaning you will head directly to the airport teminal and be met by a representative. Call the hotline provided in your booking confirmation when you are about 30 minutes away from the airport, head for the FORECOURT DROP-OFF which is directly outside the main terminal. A uniformed representative will be waiting for you, and will check-in your car which is a process that takes just a couple of minuntes, leaving you relaxed to walk across to the departures area.

Return Procedure:
After landing and collecting your luggage, call the hotline phone number provided in your booking confirmation. Head back to the forecourt drop-off area and your car will be waiting for you.

On the 3rd June 2026, I got an urgent update email about my booking. The email stated

MEET & GREET – ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
• Please call 07348 186414 or 07348 186413 approximately 30 minutes prior to your arrival.
• Drive directly to the Holiday Inn Express Car Park (designated drop-off point).
• A uniformed Scot Park driver will meet you at the agreed location.
• Your booking will be confirmed, and a vehicle condition check will be completed.
• Kindly hand over your keys to the driver and proceed directly to the airport terminal.

MEET & GREET – RETURN PROCEDURE
• After landing and collecting your luggage, please call 07348 186414 or 07348 186413.
• Proceed to the Holiday Inn Express Car Park (designated pick-up point) as instructed.
• Your vehicle will be delivered to you promptly at the agreed location.
• Please take a moment to check your vehicle before continuing your journey.

We decided that the extra walking distance wouldn't be that much, so left the booking as is.

On the morning of our booking, we called the mobile no. 30 minutes prior to our arrival at the Holiday Inn Express. A gentleman answered the mobile no. and advised us to go to the entrance to the Holiday Inn Express where someone would collect the car. A man was waiting for us in front of the entrance to the Holiday Inn Express. He had no uniform but confirmed the booking with my name, vehicle details and also the registration no. We unloaded our luggage he gave us a receipt but carried out no vehicle inspection. He advised on our return to call the mobile no. On the email once we had collected our bags and then make our way back to here. I confirmed with him, "do we just come back to the entrance to the reception, just right here" and he said yes. He took the keys and drove off.

On our return, we called the mobile no. once we had collected our luggage. A man answered and said he would be at the collectetion point in 15 minutes. We made our way out of the airport and walked the 5/10 minute walk to the entrance of the Holiday Inn Express, exactly where we had dropped our car off and waited. We waited for a further 20 minutes. My partner then called the mobile no. twice but got no answer. My partner then went into the reception to ask if they knew anything about our booking, they said no, they weren't involved with the company we had our booking with. My mobile then started ringing and a man asked us if we had our car yet, I said no and said that we had been stood outside the entrance to the Holiday Inn Express for about 45 minutes by this time. He asked if we could see our car ? I said no and why would I see our car when we were waiting for the car to arrive with the driver. He said the driver had been but couldn't see us ? I stated again, we were stood exactly where we were told to wait. He said the car was in the carpark ? I asked what carpark as the place is surrounded by car parks. We walked about and eventually found our car. I asked where the keys were and he said someone would be there shortly with the keys. We looked at our car and the front bonnet was covered in bird dropping that were hardened into the paintwork. There was also dropping to the side of the car. A man in a minibus arrived 5/10 minutes later and gave ys our keys, he was very dismissive and couldn't wait to leave.
I hope the owners of this company get in touch with us to offer us an apology and at least some sort of part refund as the service that was offered was not provided.
I WOULD NOT recommend this company unless they confirm that they have made several mistakes/errors in their own procedures

This service was excellent. Seamless shuttle service from before and after trip. Providers of service very friendly, taking stress from getting to our destination.

Super easy, cannot fault it. Booked literally the night before our flight and was no problem at all. As soon as we arrived we got taken without delay to the car park across from the terminals, and after a quick call when we landed we were promptly picked up and taken back to their parking lot, the car was sat waiting as soon as we arrived. Great service, handy location and friendly staff. Most importantly, the whole experience was stress free which is a necessity when you’re travelling from an airport.

Amazing and professional service booked early morning driver was there and pick from airport came in 5 minutes top marks highly recommend will use again thank you for a excellent service

Really efficient process of dropping off the car and collecting it again! Simply and clear instructions and telephone was answered straight away for arranging drop off and collection.
Only thing stopping a full score was the car was covered in bird poo when it was collected so maybe the storage area needs looking at or a quick jet washing wouldn’t go amiss! Overall would deffo use the services again!!

First time I have used this company . The service was outstanding and will definitely be using them again. The mini buses were new and spotless and provided a more personal service and a lovely start and end to our holiday.

Great service. Picked up my car and dropped it off after a quick phone call to let them know I arrived. Will be using again.

Car was there but no key at pick up point was 25-30 from getting to car till we received the keys , and also the slip of paper they give you to call after you receive your luggage has wrong phone number on it, apart from that was ok

Couldn’t fault it , communication was good and just a short trip to the airport, might be a slight issue if it’s winter as it’s a short walk from the terminal building and there isn’t a shelter at the pickup point but other than that it was great.
Price was fair and staff are very welcoming and friendly.
