I bought a pair of sandals which were quite cheap but looked ok and claimed to be good for my feet problems.
Cheapest load of rubbish I have ever seen.
Cost £4.99 to deliver and they want another £4.99 to return them.
Could not be bothered so I threw them in the dustbin.
£22.98 down the drain. Hey ho

saw an advert for a small comapct room heater , thought as the cold weather was coming in this would be perfect , delivery says 3-5 days so I went ahead and ordered , after 5 days I contacted the company and they sent me an un sympathetic email , no empathy at all and said the order was sent out 5 DAYS after it was ordered and I had to wait another 4 days before I got it . It turns out the order was delayed and they could not give me a reason .

I am almost 80 and do NOT want to buy a vibrator or any sex toy from the almost porn catalogue that comes through my letterbox box
I have returned several of these catalogues, but they still keep coming!6

Constantly send unsolicited post to someone at my address that has never lived at this address. This has been going on for over 12 months. I've returned every single one. They're still sending them.

They continually send unsolicited marketing crap and refuse to stop. It’s costing them a fortune but some people must be buying their junk. Please stop buying from this firm.

It doesn't matter how many times you email them requesting to stop sending catalogues, they will just say apologies, won't happen again, and next month you will get it.

Please do yourself a favour and try to never buy anything from this company or their associate brands, you will be left with spam post for the rest of your life.

why don't you put country of origin that way if it,s made in chiner we can avoid like the plague

My mum aged 83 has been ripped off and conned by this company when they sent and charged her for something she didn’t order. This company is disgraceful and should be investigated. Stay safe by not giving them your card details and/or buying from them.

Non stop Postal spam! Even when they confirm via email you will not get more pamphlets you will continue to get them, what a waste of paper and postal service resources !

Stop sending pamplets when I have asked for the past 2 years since my dad passed away. I have phoned , sent pamphlets back , I have written
I find this rude and shows the true scale of the company preferences. They don't seem to care about customers wanting these to stop being sent, obviously

If as you state Easylife is not part of the Direct Response Marketing Group (DRMG), but Home Shopping Selections are.

That does not explain why the companies that do make up DRMG, are just like Easylife and another company called Wayfair, some of the biggest scamming, shafting rip-off sellers of utter tat online.

Just look at the reviews of DRMG companies that are on Trustpilot.

Do not buy from this company. £32.48 was taken out of my account. The transaction code was HSSUK Kent GBR. I did not recognise this transaction so googled the company, then called them to ask what it was. The agents are rude, obstructive, aggressive and barely speak English. I spoke to two men both were utterly vile. Apparently I have bought a set of Jean Patrique pans from them, I thought I was buying directly from Jean Patrique. I have had absolutely no email communications, ie order confirmation/receipt or updates on delivery. The agent hung up on me when I asked for an email confirmation of my purchase. It was done online but they can’t provide me with and information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

Payed on PayPal very quick to say it's on its way 9 days later yodel we have your parcel will be delivered on 12/12/24 16.45 no delivery tried to contact yodel tried to contact the seller no response PayPal are on the case and so is my bank Don't ever trade with this company there scamming people out of there hard cash and yodel is a failed delivery company

My previous review looks as though I have tracked the correct Company, looking at other reviews. They only reply to positive reviews !!!, I would like a reply confirming that I have been removed from your postal database, my conclusion at the moment.....crap products, crap customer service, crap Company....prove me wrong

My wife is suffering from Alzheimers and can no longer manage getting in and out of the bath. I bought a Safety Step Stool so that she could more easily access the bath/shower. The product is basically good but it was delivered without essential nuts and bolts to secure the hand rail. Two calls to customer service and I still do not have the relevant nuts and bolts despite being promised they would be sent. I have now purchased my own bolts. Customer service absolutely rubbish.
Addendum;
Apology received as below, unfortunately, ten days later no nuts and bolts! So even the customer service response is rubbish. Best to avoid this pretty useless company

Beware, HSS has allowed my credit card to be used fraudulently!!

I was sent the wrong colour of the item I ordered. I chose £7.99 P & P for 1 - 2 days delivery. I requested a replacement but I received a refund instead!
THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF SPACE!

Ordered a pair of sandals from a newspaper article so didn’t think for a second this company would be a scam- ordered and the sandals never came. Luckily I reported it to my bank as fraud and got a refund after several months with nothing in the post and no updates from the company.

I cannot unsubscribe or get hssuk to stop sending endless catalogues.
To have any contact it is impossible to refuse their cookies.
I write on the envelopes, not ordered, return to sender, but they still keep coming.
