I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
The Apple Watch itself was not the right size for me, so I returned it in excellent condition after only a few hours of use. I erased all my personal data, removed it from my Apple account, and returned it with all the original accessories. Despite this, I was charged a £75 deduction simply because the watch had been activated.
I find this unfair and unreasonable. The watch was returned looking brand new, with no damage or signs of wear, yet I was penalised for briefly setting it up to see if it suited me. Customers should be able to inspect a product without facing such a large deduction.
The customer service was also disappointing. Instead of trying to find a fair solution, they justified the deduction without providing any clear explanation of how the £75 reflected the actual loss in value.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend buying from this seller based on the poor after-sales service and unfair return handling.

I understand that an opened item cannot be sold as brand new. However, that does not justify deducting £75 from my refund.
The watch was worn only briefly to check the size, then it was immediately unpaired, erased, and returned complete with all accessories. It is in excellent condition and fully functional.
Your response simply repeats your policy without explaining how a £75 deduction accurately reflects any actual loss. A customer cannot determine whether a watch is the right size without opening and trying it on.
My review is an honest account of my experience. I will not remove it unless this matter is resolved fairly. If necessary, I will raise the issue with my card provider and the appropriate consumer protection bodies, as I believe this deduction is disproportionate and unfair.

Searched through Google for a specific phone, and found it as brand new and unlocked. I sent a message to check this was right and the message was replied to within the hour.
Phone was ordered, and bought though PayPal which have me the 'pay in 3' options. Delivery wasn't next day, but sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Phone was wrapped well.
All works well. Phone set up with existing SIM card and data transferred easily.
All good for me.

I asked for months for a VAT invoice and never got one, it all about the sale and no customer service whatsoever.
i now have resolution and have a VAT invoice thank you.

I ordered a black iPhone 16
I ordered a black iPhone 16. When it arrived the box was for a black iPhone 16. It was all correctly sealed. When I opened it, it contained an old white iPhone 7 that had someone’s image on it from somewhere in Asia.
On opening it, I immediately requested a refund and after several web chat exchanges was accused of pocketing the iPhone 16 and effectively scamming the company.
I had to raise a dispute with PayPal in 3 and go through a laborious process of “proving” that this was not the case. Fortunately I was able to provide evidence based on the iPhone 16 activation date which was weeks before I bought it. The company had videoed the package being prepared for sending and claimed this was proof that they sent an iPhone 16.Eventually PayPal agreed with me and arranged a refund.
It could be that the company was the victim of a scam from their suppliers but the way they treated me as a criminal was completely out of order.

customer purchased iPhone 16 from us , we have used special next day delivery to securely deliver customer order , customer falsely claimed he opened a box found there is iPhone 7 . We have provided video evidence we have sent you brand new sealed Item . Even customer accept it he received sealed item, don’t know what was happened . We explained to our respected customer we been trading all reputed platforms like Amazon eBay , we have thousands of reviews on these platform . we are 100% sure we have sent right item . But in spite of all the proofs and in goodwill gesture, we fully refunded to customer, but still he left negative feedback for us. This is unfair with us.
