My Hubble monitor proves to be an invaluable part of being a parent. I can tell that the team that supports the software works tirelessly for everybody. The settings and components work very well to customize our needs. I've used it for the past 5 months, almost flawlessly.
I love that whenever I'm concerned…
I love that whenever I'm concerned about my child I can just pop in and look at the camera and see that he's doing well. I also love the lullaby's and I especially LOVE the nightlight feature it has. It is an all round great product and I recommend if anyone needs a camera for the nursery or just in general. Get you a Hubble connect camera!!

This is the best baby monitor good sound. The mic is a little slow. But it's over the best one I've ever had.
Unfit for purpose
We purchased a Hubble Nursery Select View baby monitor which we have been using for about 2 months. Any time that we unplugged and moved the camera, the connection between the units would be lost and a lot of time had to be spent fiddling with the pairing function to get the monitor working again. However after the most recent attempt at moving the camera the pairing function has been lost altogether, after several hours of trying. The monitor will no longer connect to the camera and we are left without a way to monitor our baby. Useless!
Horrendous company & faulty products
Horrendous company. Received the Nursery Pal package as a gift. The camera and monitor initially worked fine but the connection to the app has always been abysmal. Constantly disconnected even though the parent unit was connected and working. Only advice received was to reset it. This makes no difference. We were annoyed but just used the parent unit. Six months after the purchase the unit became unresponsive too so now we have no way to monitor our baby. Contacted hubble who initially assumed we'd purchased through a third party and said they wouldn't help. We then sent the receipt showing the purchase was directly from them which they couldn't dispute and agreed to send a replacement. That was six weeks ago and we've been fobbed off ever since. They have no other means of contact which is a red flag in itself. Awful company with faulty products. Avoid at all costs!

Wish I could give them a zero. I received their Nursery Pal Cloud at my baby shower and once everything was set up in the room I wanted to set up the camera. But to my surprise the camera would not connect. I tried to connecting it to the Parent Unit and the App but nothing. I reset it and did everything that was recommended. I emailed customer support to see if they had something else to try and everything they suggested I already did. I asked for a refund and to ship the product back since it was defected as it was never used and it came this way. They responded with well since you did not buy it from our site and it is passed the 14 days we are unable to give you a refund. I asked for a refund because all of their products are sold out. I am not waiting months for a new product when I need a new one like yesterday. They are very rude and they emailed me back at 2am not very professional. If you are going to sell a product you need to make sure that it works and if it is defective that you are able to take the return or exchange it. Poor product and not standing by their warranty.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they don’t have a phone number to call when you’re experiencing issues. Just a sorry excuse for customer service email that they can’t even reply to. Next, instead of offering a FREE replacement they want you to purchase a new one. I already wasted money on one faulty camera, why would I waste more??
We haven’t even had our camera for a year it’s caused nothing but frustration and disappointment for our family.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cancelled my subscription by email as I couldn’t remember how to log in, never received another email from them until they just took my money, I said I do not own the cameras any more so can’t use the service and I cancelled via email. They will not refund me and deny having had any emails from me. So they have not supplied any service yet taken a years money that they refuse to return! THEFT! I WILL NOW BE GOING THROUGH BANK AND OMBUDSMAN TO GET MONEY RETURNED.

Only have the premium because in the midst of never being able to use this garbage product, I didnt cancel in time. I now get another 1 year subscription to one of the worst baby monitor services I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. Can you see the camera on the app or monitor? Randomly. Do they continuously blame it on an internet connectivity issue, despite every other device staying connected that we own? Yes. Good luck setting a sleep diary. Good luck trusting the temp guage. Good luck trusting it to even move. Good luck if it even stays connected. Good luck being woken up at 2 am by a god awful alarm because it stopped working again. Good luck getting a refund despite them openly admitting we've all not even been getting the services they claim. Oh and the premium features? Lol good luck using them. Its not even worth the cost for what you get. Some creepy narrated stories and sounds that cut off and on? What a delight.

Accidental order and tried to return not realising how difficult it would be. Took over 24 hours for a reply and now I don’t have another reply since being over a week. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they are waiting till it’s over the 2 weeks return.
As well as having to pay a 15% re-stocking fee.
Stay away and buy another brand

The camera is reliable. It's never had an issue, and it does everything it says it does. As far as I'm concerned that's the most important need for us.
