Hublot ist eine sehr innovative Marke und einzigartig mit vielen Designs (Magic Gold, Sapphire, Wechselbänder, etc.). Erst nach einer Werksbesichtigung kann jemand verstehen, was für ein technologischer Aufwand betrieben wird.
Zudem investiert Hublot grosszügig einiges an Events für seine Kundschaft. Besitze eine Magic Black Meca-10, Unico Magic Gold, Classic Fusion Diamond, Classic Fusion Matterhorn Special Edition und bin mit allen sehr zufrieden.

Dreadful repair service. First time my watch needed a new battery and bezel, it took six months and they blamed it on Covid. This time, the wait for a new battery and return of my watch is at the five month mark. Very nice staff at the Yorkdale store but repairs are VERY expensive and take an absurd amount of time. I would never buy Hublot again. Still don't have my watch that I dropped to the store on June 9.

Would give zero stars if possible. I bought a very expensive watch that has been serviced twice within a year. I’ve had it in my possession for less than 3 months of the 12 I’ve owned it. I have purchased from AP, VC, Rolex etc and have never seen such a timepiece that is so inferior to any brand. Even omega, tag, Cartier and others. I would stay far away from Hublot.

Shocking, wear and tear my arse, second time the winder has fallen off, it would never have been repaired the first time.
Steer well clear of any Hublot timepieces.
And to only have a 3 year guarantee for the expensive of the watch, outrageous.
Hublot you should be ashamed, but I am sure you are not, what a money grabbing robbing company.

I have a Hublot big bang e but unfortunately I forgot the password to access the watch.
I have sent numerous emails asking for help. Guess what not even 1 reply from their so called “help” section. I am not sure if it even exists.

Amazing experience both communicating with and then when visiting the Bond Street London store. Sonny was attentive and compassionate under difficult personal circumstances and enabled me to now be wearing the Hublot Classic Fusion watch that I bought my husband in 1989 and which still looks like new. A truly classic timepiece from a first-class watch brand.

This is the crappiest watch with the most arrogant customer care. Everytime my watch touched the water it condensed, lose screws, crowns repaired with glue and paid €800 and €900 for the repair respectively. I became the joke of the local Hublot dealer. Buying a Hublot is literally throwing money down the toilet. Avoid at all costs.

ça fait deux fois que j'achète une montre depuis janvier 2022, elle ne fonctionne pas, je l'ai ramenée au bon marché et ils l'ont gardée pendant 4 mois et récupérée en mars 2023 et elle est retombée en panne hier. Merci de me rembourser la montre ou de me l'échanger. je serai au magasin samedi pour dire à l'ensemble de vos clients que Hublot n'est pas une marque fiable. J'ai déjà prévenu le directeur sur place.

I purchased a limited edition Big Bang E UEFA from the Bal Harbour Hublot store in Miami and was told that it would go up in value and hard to get. I then come to find out that the watch was easy to obtain after my purchase. I went to try and return the watch never worn and with original papers, I was then told that I would have to spend double the amount for them to take it back. When I called Hublot directly and told them the watch cost less then an Apple watch I was told to bad and nothing will be done.

If you know anything about watches you've probably heard of ETA, a Swiss mechanical watch movement making company, known for their cheap and reliable mechanical movements. These movements can be found in watches that cost less than €500. But Hublot puts them in their cheap g-shock clones and sells them for more than €10,000. One sign of them being badly made is the Hublot Fusion, its screws look like they were put on by a Chinese baby that just learned to use a screwdriver. Look it up if you somehow don't already believe me.

Classic Fusion. Ran slow from the day I had it. Then stopped. Now at least it tells the right time twice a day.

Even though there was some confusion, I contacted Hublot in the USA and eventually I received a reply from the 'Request Service' on the Hublot website. Once I found an exceptional Customer Service representative, Nicolle, everything proceeded perfectly. I shipped my timepiece to the Florida and the needed work is being performed. Great outcome after working with Nicolle.

Au mois de mai 2022 j ais acheté une Edition limitée a 200 exemplaires une essential Grey numéro 83 juste après mon achat il y a eu une rupture de stock peut être les 200 exemplaires vendues mais non la montre a réapparu et nous sommes en mars 2023 et elle est toujours en vente en édition limité a 200.je leurs ai écrit pour faire part de mes doutes sur leurs honnêteté mais la réponse a été floue si d autres propriétaires ont le même doute laissez un message nous pourrons peut être les compter et si il s avère que mes doutes sont fondés je les attaquerais volontiers pour vente mansongere et abus de confiance.

Have a few nice watches and bought a Hublot Classic Fusion. Winder fell off, I sent it to Hublot who informed my fault as I had dropped it. Completely untrue. Much better brands out their and with much better and honest customer service.

Very poor service.
I’m a watch collector and have many luxury watches so when I seen the Hublot shop in Edinburgh I thought I would go in and see if I liked anything. From start to finish the service was extremely poor no help an effort to even see a watch did the salesman think I could not afford the watch ? If so his lose as I would think he works on commission when I left the security man left and watched me go in to my Range Rover vogue parked across from the shop. I would hope he told the salesman what he seen and the salesman is kicking himself.
