I just read the other reviews on this site and it seems to be the same story! No delivery 2-3 months after ordering. I wanted the product for my daughterâs birthday but that has long passed. Iâve asked for a refund and a response to that. Buyers be aware!
We work with hundreds of American makers through My American Goods, and unfortunately Huckle Bee Farms has been by far the most difficult vendor experience we've encountered.
Orders went unfulfilled for over two months with extremely limited communication, leaving us to manage frustrated customers, refunds, and growing chargeback risk entirely on our side.
We were initially understanding and patient regarding the owner's family health situation. However, while severe fulfillment backlogs remained unresolved, the company publicly announced expansion efforts and construction of a larger facility. From a retail partner perspective, this was difficult to understand while customers with 60-90 day old orders were still waiting for fulfillment or updates.
At one point, customers who placed orders nearly 3 months prior were still without clear answers.
What was most disappointing was not simply the delays themselves, but the lack of proactive communication and accountability toward both customers and business partners, and when there was any communication it was rude, vague and condescending.
We ultimately refunded multiple customers out of pocket because protecting customer trust mattered more to us than protecting margins.
With over 200 maker relationships, we understand that delays and operational issues can happen. What matters is transparency, communication, and respect for the customer experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

This company is Horrible! they do not respond to email or contact through the website at all! And when you call, you get put on hold for a while before they will talk to you. Finally, after 2 months of waiting, with nothing but sob stories and emails asking for patience, I had enough and asked for a refund, which they say is processed, and were very short when talking, saying things like "we fell behind because 1/2 the company was in the hospital". Not the customers problem. If you cannot meet deadlines, quit taking orders until you can fulfill the orders that are bought and paid for! Instead they are on heavy rotation on Facebook! bragging about expansions and new barns
I ordered 3/17 and 3/27 to 3 orders =6 honeys. 5/12/26 I have received nothing yet and contacted them with 000 response. I always have to comment on the Facebook page. I will not order again ð€ and I may never receive these 2 orders that I ordered in March! Poor communication and no customer service ð¢! They take your money but don't get the products! That's a bad business in my book!
I ordered the sample pack of honey the beginning of March and from the information provided on the website, my order should have arrived around the beginning of April. I ordered this honey as a birthday gift for a dear friend of mine. I was sent a message that they were running behind so I told my friend about the delay and we both decided it would be fine to celebrate her birthday a little later. The progress on my order is showing that it's in the infusion phase where it's been this entire time. I just sent a message to the owner and told him if my order isn't shipped within the next week, I want a refund. I understand unforeseen circumstances, family illness, etc. can pop up at any time but a business should prepare for and have a back up plan if and when these circumstances arise. The update letters assuring orders are close to being shipped are of no help! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company! I will obviously not be returning to this company to purchase any of their products in the future and won't be recommending them to anyone I know. Buyer beware as the saying goes!
Buyer beware this is engaging in fraudulent business practice by taking orders saying a few days to 3 weeks and then telling you that you have to call. Trust me the owner will email when you call them out on social media, he will also say he is disabled and note his wife's cancer. Yes sad but I'm also a disabled Veteran with cancer this is not a valid excuse to take my money and not send my order after SEVEN week. If they cannot make the honey limit the varieties or stop taking orders. He is a FRAUD and I will be filing a complaint here in OH and one in his home state. Please need to help hold him accountable. Write to your Attorney general and let them know as the BBB cannot do anything. He needs to lose his business license or at least be investigate for fraudulent business practice. I placed my order March 1st, today is May 5th, and I still have yet to have my order upgraded to shipped. They do not respond to emails, all you get an automatic response saying they check them at the end of day. I have checked my order # and it still shows no progress from when I placed the order, 45 business days ago, which is 25 business days passed the 20 day turn around they state on their website.

Ordered first part of February 2025, tomorrow will be three months! Initially I was understanding as it related to a serious family health issue. Currently I have received several e-mails given various dates my order will ship. I doubt the validity of any projected dates. If any were accurate, I most likely would have received my order. No point in calling, as after reading the complaints regarding the unfriendly and rude customer service, I simply asked for my money to be refunded. It is doubtful I will even see those funds credited. Don't promise delivery dates if you can't deliver, I am not happy!

I am so pleased with the honey pack sampler I ordered from this company. It did take a long time to receive my order, but they sent emails from time to time and also had explained it takes time to make the honey once an order is placed.
Each sample came in it's own tiny honey bear bottle. All was packaged beautifully. And as for the product itself, the flavors are outstanding. I will order from them again.

I ordered honey on Feb 28th. They advertise that most shipments arrive within 3-4 weeks. I waited a month and nothing arrived. I emailed them several times and got a stock email back saying that they donât answer emails regarding shipments. I finally got an email with a USPS Tracking number. Well, it has been 6 days now and the Postal Service is STILL waiting for the product from Huckle Bee Farms!
My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from them isâŠ..DONâT!

Bad customer service, really rude! I ordered 43.00 in honey and teas in Febuary. I ordered for Easter baskets, their website said 2 weeks to a month for your shipment. It has been almost two months. I wrote to customer service, they were rude. Dont bother with them. The honey is not worth the hassle!
After spending hundreds of dollars over the last couple years the customer service is a complete failure. The site said 15 days like normal. Now it's saying 30 days for new orders. They are running wedding ads and my order hasn't been shipped even though it's been over 40 days.
FRAUD/SCAM ALERT! This company charges your credit card on the day you place an order, takes your money and never sends you what you ordered. I placed an order February 12th and was informed that my order would ship within a few days to two weeks. After two weeks, I sent them numerous emails with absolutely no response. I called and was informed that my order was still being processed and should ship soon. After waiting over a month (and sending numerous emails again with no response), I called again and was told that I will receive an email the following week with tracking information for my shipment. Well, that never happened. I waited another week and spoke with the most rude and unprofessional representative who started hollering at me about how they are a small company, only have 3 employees and they are backed up. She is probably the same person who all the other customers spoke with who also had a problem with being charged and never receiving their order. Well, thatâs not a ME problem, thatâs YOUR problem. She was so rude, I had to disconnect the phone call and immediately contact my credit card to report the transaction and get my money back. There are plenty of other companies who make similar, delicious products with amazing customer service that delivers within days. Ironically, they should know that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. BUYER BEWARE!

I had them come across my social media feed and ordered a tropical bundle on 2/12/26. I kept getting emails from them exclaiming how they hope I'm enjoying my honey and here's a recipe for you......and I started to think this was a scam since I had not yet received the honey. I FINALLY got a tracking number and my honey FINALLY arrived today 3/25/26, just a day shy of SIX WEEKS after my order.
When I got the notification that it had been delivered I was excited to try some, but the box was damaged and product very poorly packaged, a lid broken from one of the bottle and honey all over the inside of the bag. I took a look at the refund policy on the website and it states "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canât offer you a refund or exchange."
Nowhere to leave reviews on their web page or social media....but I was already disappointed that it took so long and now I'm just pissed. I'm going to just throw the whole package in the garbage and write this off as a waste of my money and energy and hope others will not fall for this crap.
