1ST AND LAST TIME I WILL ORDER - WISH I WOULD HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS. Customer Service is awful quite arrogant in their reply's and do not trust their sizing - its incorrect and then they charge you to re order. Size M40 is all different sizes. I have shared my experience on Facebook Dog Groups to avoid others having the same experience.

I recently purchased a new bed for our dog. Stupidly, I slit open the box with a scissor blade. In doing so, I managed to put a 12 inch gash in the new bed rendering it useless. I emailed Hugo & Hudson one evening, they called me the following morning and I explained, this wasn't their fault, but absolutely mine. I spoke to Sophie who offered to replace the bed FOC. She didn't have to. I thought she might take pity on me and offer a discount, but a free bed was outstanding customer service. I will be back when I next need something, the Hugo & Hudson web site will be the first I visit and it will be this company I recommend to friends. Thank you for displaying such outstanding cuastomer service.

Beware of the sizing! I ordered two jackets for my dog, both M40, one fit fine and the other is much too small across his chest. I emailed to complain and I was told the sizing of M40 is different depending on the jacket you’re ordering! This is very confusing for a customer as normally a size is a size and not item dependent! I wasn’t even offered free return postage so I’ve had to pay to return the small one.

I have previously ordered 2 body warmers over the years and old one looking grubby so purchased a new one. Arrived too off the tags tried it on and sizing is different. Legs holes bigger and coat smaller in length. Emailed with photos comparing old one and they would not let me return as tags had been removed. Very disappointing as one would presume if I have ordered the same coat in the same size it would be the same! They didn't even respond to the photo that I sent that clearly showed the side by side view of size difference. Poor customer service

Good quality harnesses!
Would love to see an inbetween size from the extra small - small as there’s a big jump. XS fit my mini dachshund pups from about 3-5months old then the next size up they don’t fit until much older.
But nice designs, never had one break and fit nicely over equafleece.

I love this company. The quality of their products is the best you could wish for. And such a wide range if colours and sizes. This is the 4th purchase made and so happy.

Bought many items from this company, great customer service, good prices and if I have ever needed another size or something was sent in error it has been rectified immediately. The products are also fab. Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service- I had made an error on my order and Alfie immediately rectified in response to my email. Excellent products too, fleeces and puffer jackets wear and wash well.

I have ordered tweed/ fabric leads and herringbone pattern collars from this brand.

My dog's first collar lasted 10 months before I replaced it in February for another H&H collar as the clasp broke.

I used a harness for walking so the wear and tear from daily use of the collar was perhaps less than normal.

I think for the price the collar lasted a reasonable length of time. The fabric was soft and my dog seemed to like wearing it compared to stiffer collars.

The leads are comfortable and have held up well but we use other brands daily instead as they are longer.

The designs are great. We purchased a pink puffer jacket and overhauls for an energetic cream colour Cockapoo. We go out wind, rain and shine so we’re looking for something practical, durable and cute and we found this brand. It’s pricey but we liked that they were unique where we live. We’ve had them for 3 and 2 months respectively, never put them in the washing machine only ever hand washed but have used one or both everyday. Disappointingly the zip Slider has come off the puffer jacket and the overhauls have become undone along the seem front left shoulder. These items cost £80 and have not lasted 5 minutes. We would not be re-purchasing and would not recommend.

Bought a matching collar and lead set for our wedding at a cost of £115. Has genuinely been the worst money that I have ever spent. The quality of the collar and lead is disgraceful and have had better from Harringtons at 1/10th the price. Lasted all of 4 months and now looks like it is a 15 year old collar. Steer clear if you don’t want to buy repeatedly.
