Excellent customer service - I emailed over weekend regarding a faulty buckle on a raincoat. Alfie came straight back to me, even though it was Saturday. Replacement product sent out on the Monday.
Really helpful and responsive, definitely recommend ordering from Hugo and Hudson.

Everything arrived on time and well packaged. The items are well made and the clasp on the lead especially is secure almost too secure in that it’s defo I rely not going to slip off in error. Would defo purchase more in future

Rarely do I feel the need to write a negative review so this is a difficult one to write as I will say this companies website and products are high standard.

I have exclusively used their products now for 4 years for my little dog, however, please read the other 1 star rating when it comes to customer service for this company.

Their out dated ordering system direct through Hugo & Hudson mean that they are taking orders they cannot always fulfil, looking at old reviews this has been the case on many occasions.

Please do not trouble yourself to use the emailing system 'Please advise me when the item is back in stock' this does not work, I used this to order within minutes of receiving the 'back in stock email' only to be let down by this company 10 days after ordering.

I made my purchase 10 days ago today, and ONLY today..was I advised, after I emailed to ask the question ''Where is my order?'' do they then state that my order will not be fulfilled due to a system error their end.

They claim to have advised me via email.....Would I have asked the question today if this was the case, inbox, junk box, even the bin, this elusive email was nowhere to be found, because it wasn't sent.

I have not always used Hugo & Hudson directly to buy their products, I have used third party sellers as well and not had this issue prior, but I have to say if the main company is not getting it right then I will stop using them completely.

They have lost a loyal customer, not because of substandard products that is not the case, but because of shabby customer service and ordering system.

Competition is fierce in this area of the market, can you afford to lose loyal customers because of your system errors.

I purchased a flat rope and leather dog collar for my five year old Labrador price £32.00. Within 10 days the collar had pull marks in the ‘rope’ due Hugo and Hudson said to my dog stratching her collar. She may well have done that. However , she only wears a collar whilst out walking never at home or in the garden and I question why she might have scratched it? Was it uncomfortable? Hugo and Hudson refused to replace the collar or refund any or part of the cost. They did offer free postage on another order but I don’t think that is a sufficient response .

I recently bought the multiple harnesses, leads and collars for two cockapoos!! The quality of products is excellent and wash up really well on 49 degrees. Also bought two white donut beds and they are exceptional and Mabel and Mildred love them. Just wish they had more vibrant colours in the coat range for dogs. Thank you for great customer service too!

I am really pleased with my first purchase. It is a lovely collar and well made too. I went with the small size and it fitted my Miniature Schnauzer perfect.I will definitely be purchasing from you again!
