Warren was really helpful and informative about the different mobility scooters - he made a real effort to find out what my Mum needed from it and what features were important to her/us. He helped us narrow down our choices and Mum had a chance to test drive a few different models before making her choice of the Humfree Lite. Looking forward to receiving it soon! Thanks again to Warren for his help guiding us through the process.

Sober was very polite and supportive. He demonstrated very well the Carbon scooter and was explained extremely well.

Very pleased, showed us two scooters for my wife, made sure she could work it safely and we picked a lightweight version , would recommend Onkar very pleasant and explained everything to us

Very helpful, let me try the different types of scooters as well as showing how to lift them properly, very pleasant and easy going and not pushy at all. Talked us through everything and only when we were satisfied and ready to make a decision did we sign paperwork and pay for the scooter I chose. We all agreed on the right scooter for me and the fact I looked more comfortable on the one chosen.

George was lovely. Helpful and informative while having a friendly attitude. He answered all questions and gave additional info as well.

Saw Lorna Miskelly today about a mobility scooter. She was brilliant. Even consideration for my wife/carer and how to lift the selected scooter in and out of our car. We had a choice of two shown us with that in mind. Choice made after test driving both models. A wee bit of grace time to raise the cash. My increased independence is now assured.

First of all he introduced himself as Warren he was polite spoke so I understood everything he allowed me to try the scooter he showed me how it worked he allowed me to operate the scooter making sure it was the one for me through out he kept asking if I understood and was happy with what he said and if I was happy with the weight of the scooter he allowed me to put it up and down and put it in and take it out of the boot of my car he asked if I had any questions and he answered them to the best of his ability it was a pleasurable appointment I said throughout I was not in a position to sign anything today as I have an upcoming holiday but assured him that I would contact Humfree once I was BK home he even checked that I would be excepted for finance by allowing me to talk to the finance company I personally would recommend humfree to my family and friends .

Sober is very nice and helpful. I was very nervous in the beginning and after trying the connect scooter I was very very happy. All thanks to Sobers support which built my confidence.

Sober was an amazing person and very helpful and provided all the details and guided me step by step in testing the humfree connect scooter. I found it very comfortable and easy to manoeuvre.

Sober spent more than adequate time with me explaining the pros and cons explaining the two different types of scooters demostrated. I ended up purchasing the Humfree Five which i was very pleased with.
