Mustafa delivered the Level 3 First Aid course and did a really good job. He was easy to listen to, explained things clearly, and made sure everyone understood what to do rather than just going through slides.

The training was very hands-on, which helped a lot. He used real examples, answered questions properly, and took the time to go over things again if anyone wasn’t sure. He was calm, patient, and didn’t make anyone feel awkward when practising CPR or other scenarios.

The course didn’t feel rushed or like a tick-box exercise. By the end of it, I actually felt confident that I’d know what to do in a real emergency.

I’d definitely recommend Mustafa and would be happy to do future first aid training with him.

Professional and engaging facilitator who worked to include everyone in the group and support diverse learners. Excellent atmosphere for learning and great coaching through practical elements of the course. Always happy to answer questions and provide extra information.

Just completed the first aid level 3 with Hamza . A great tutor, very professional !

I booked the SSSTS training with Hurak for 25–26 October 2025. The actual training experience was amazing, and I was very happy with the instructor and the course itself.

However, everything after the training has been a very bad experience. I waited for my certificate but received no updates about my results or whether I had passed. I contacted customer service three times, but I never received a clear answer or any help.

Eventually, I decided to contact CITB directly to see what was happening. They informed me that my certificate had been issued on 03/11/2025 and sent to Hurak, who were supposed to forward it to me.

Today is 13/11/2025, and Hurak still hasn’t bothered to send my certificate. Fortunately, CITB sent it to me directly, and I received it today.

Overall, even though the training itself was great, the lack of communication and customer service from Hurak made this a very disappointing experience.

Update:

After posting my initial review, Hurak contacted me by phone and email to address the issue. They apologised for the delay and clarified that the problem was caused by their partner provider, High AIMS, who had failed to forward my certificate on time despite Hurak following up with them. Hurak informed me that they have escalated the matter internally and have since stopped working with that provider for this location to prevent this happening again.

As a gesture of goodwill, they also provided me with complimentary access to a Traffic Marshal online course. Their response and efforts to resolve the issue were much appreciated, so I am updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
