Spoke to the team about options for an All-in-One desktop and some headphones. We received a choice of options emailed out and we went in to try the headphones which were waiting for us. Enquired, Ordered, Collected. Job done. Perfect

The team went out of their way to ensure that my iPad battery replacement was done to the highest standard. They were not happy with the screen after it was reapplied and insisted on replacing it under their warranty. Fantastic service from a very professional outfit.

It’s a great business

I thought I was needing a new computer as it was running very slowly but Dave thought it only needed a hard drive upgrade and that would save me a few hundred pounds. Made Dave aware I hosted digital activities for the multiple sclerosis community each weekday morning. He suggested I took the computer into his shop on Friday at lunchtime and I was able to pick it up on Monday morning at 9am when the shop opened. Everything went very smoothly. Great service and a great price. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Dave's services to anyone.

Hybrid computing have been great at fixing a battery issue I had with an IPhone 11 and was resolved very quickly, it’s great to know a local company can be relied upon to fix mobile phones as well as computer stuff.

Communication from the start was great, had a confirmation email before I got back to my car.

From first contact to delivery, I found the customer service excellent. Found exactly the gaming computer I wanted and at a very competitive price, including a very reasonable delivery charge. Delivery was on time and was kept up to date on progress. PC arrived securely packaged, as specified and thankfully without all the usual unwanted trial software. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

Hybrid did my repair and even though there were more problems they kept to the the original quote .Staff are very helpful if you have any computer problems.Also ideal as they are a local business.

They responded to my initial message outside of their opening hours, I was looking for a new pc and they provided multiple options that fit my budget and requirements. I couldn't pick it up until Sunday which is when they are closed but the person I spoke to said that they could come down and open up so I could pick it up (although I decided to get it the next day). Easy to set it all up and it runs perfectly, brilliant service as well.
