I think like the customer below, they've shipped me old/near-expired products. I didn't know to check and now I see they've ceased trading. Shame there are people out there knowingly doing this. I've given 3 stars as the fabric pots were a good price and the nutrients will hopefully get some use.

They do not know how to tell the expiry date of BioBizz products and sell expired stock. I ordered 6 bottles, one trial pack of three and three separate ones which, as BioBizz confirmed for me themselves, are all expired. It is a shame one cannot upload images on here, as I could show the actual products. The barcode numbers of the products I received were:

FM-20-22001
AM-20-46002
AM-219001-0
TM-20-18001
RJ-20-17001
According to Hydrostork the manufacture dates of these were respectively:
2022
2021
2022
2020
2021
2021
Guess what? BioBizz say they were all manufactured in 2020! I would be wary buying from this company, especially BioBizz products as they will push out old stock at all cost. They did give me a refund, but only for three of them (the last three barcodes, which formed the trial pack, so in a way one product, and where they agreed one was expired - AM-219001-0).
When I reached out to BioBizz and sent copies of their replies to Hydrostork, they simply ignored me. How convenient!
I am writing this to warn unaware customers, be careful who you buy from!

Issue with delivery people initially which wasn’t Hydro’s fault, I was very impressed with the customer service I received, I ordered over the Christmas period so expected a delay with any response from them. I got a reply to my email within an hour! Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Fab range of products with excellent, organic items at brilliant prices! I will be using them again 😁

My first fan only lasted 3 months after I bought it. This is why I bought another. Can I be supplied with another complimentary fan?

This was the first time I thought of measuring Humidity - so it is a new experience. the product I bought is simple, easy to understand, and ideal for the job. Ordering was simple, and delivery very fast.
In summary a good buy, another happy cuctomer!

I bought gronest fabric pots. They are sold by litres. There is no indication of height, depth, width. I bought 3 small pots, flat-packed and postage was nearly as much as the price of the pots! I want to be Eco but your information on your website is not good enough for me to buy again. I want to return the three pots. I haven't had time yet to check if that is free or if I have to pay for that too
