Delivery and packaging were absolutely fine.

The products do look the part but honestly, they are shockingly poor. The spray bottles are poorly made and don’t work particularly well. The actual liquid product…I’m trying not to laugh as I write this, if you could make water less effective, then this product is a winner.

This product does nothing, and I mean nothing. This is the first product like this I’ve bought and I was quite excited, but after I used the product, the vehicle looked exactly the same, no dirt removed whatsoever 😂😂

Definitely won’t be buying again and I would advise others to steer clear

Such a shame, hopefully the makers will go back to the drawing board otherwise they won’t have a business at a guess.

The pressure bottles look good quality but, ultimately, were not anywhere near to delivering as I'd expected. The first thing I had to do was cover the thread of a totally unnecessary spout on the side of the bottle, a spout akin to a teapot spout. This spout serves no useful function as far as I could tell, but it was a route for the air to escape. PTFE tape around the thread did improve matters somewhat. Even so, a fully pressurised bottle did not manage to spray even a quarter of my car, and my car is a Ford KA+, most certainly not a large car. In all I had to pump the bottle 9 times. My daughter's car was even more challenging, a Volkswagen. Frankly, my right arm hasn't been so tired since I was a teenager. Still on the subject of the bottle, when Hydro improve it, which they certainly need to do, it would be a nice touch to add graduation markings so it is easier to dilute the chemicals in the correct ratio.
As for the chemicals, well they smell nice......
The pre-wash did not appear to do anything worthy of a mention and the snow foam supported it by also doing not very much at all. I ended up hand washing the entirety of both cars.
Two stars only because the delivery was so quick.

There was delays in my order, but I received useful update and a new order was automatically resent to me to replace the lost one.
The delays were most likely due to courier issue rather than Hydouk fault.

A waste of time and money. Followed the instructions and still had to wash my car with a bucket, shampoo and sponge afterwards.

Despite Hydro advertising next day delivery, mine took 10 days, arrived damaged and with items missing
Customer service is non existent and they don't have a telephone number and do NOT reply to emails, I'm having to now contact my bank for a refund

Used the hydro products for the first time yesterday and the outside of the car is absolutely gleaming

Snow foam
Shampoo

Even though they had a photo of what i received (exactly what i ordered) they kept saying I’d had my free £50 gift? After 2 weeks of emails I received a £14.99 bottle of liquid. Poor service and blatantly lied about the ‘gift’.

Great product used it on car and caravan great results car looks amazing.

I just love these products, I have a couple of tricky vehicles to clean and using Hydro products it is so quick and easy but the best bit is when I have finished the clean, it just sparkles and looks as if I have just paid for an expensive professional clean !

Products arrived and couldn’t wait to use them after watching many clips of others using them. When I did get a chance to use them the products did exactly what they were supposed to do.
Thanks to the team at hydro, will be ordering again more products to enhance my car cleaning in the future

I was so disappointed when I opened the package this morning to discover that I received only the VIP HYDRO 5L BUNDLE and NO Hydro Mystery Box offer - £45+ Guaranteed RRP for FREE

I have contacted the company 4 times to alert them to this issue and they have not once had the manners to even acknowledge my communication!

I made an order and it was detailed as next day/express delivery. I am now at day 7 with no updates. I have emailed twice, no response. I would avoid buying anything from Hydro. Really dissapointing as I have followed these guys for long time and finally made an order to be ignored.

Great products.. Super fast delivery to Ulster

Purchased the V2 bundle offering express next day delivery and also the mystery box offer. Needless to say neither did I get the quick delivery and the code did not work. Have just tried to use the product and certainly doesn’t work like the over hyped videos show. Actually went over the car twice and still needs a bloody good wash. The spray bottles are hopeless. Pump up to pressure and barely enough time to cover the front bumper and they spit and fart not giving a good coverage. I have sent Louis an email and pictures with my findings requesting a return and refund. Let’s see what they do if anything and see what response I get. People do your homework (unlike me) and check out more professional products.

Still needs to be sponge washed, bottles need lots of pumping between sprays.
Results are nothing like the videos

I’m no expert, but I like the products and can recommend them to others. They work well, smell good and I have genuinely received compliments about how clean and shiny the car is.
I can’t hold the company accountable for delivery times, that seems a bit unfair, but it does take a few days to receive your goods, so be prepared.
I have only contacted customer service once and received a reply within twenty-four hours, so all good there.

The products do nothing at all and certainly not as advertised.
Save your money as any other car cleaning product is better.
False advertising and extremely poor quality products.
Spray bottles also cheap and can buy better elsewhere.

Unlike some of the recent reviews I think the products are 10/10 . Brought my Matt car up a treat . But unfortunately the delivery times they quote are nothing close to how long they take and the customer service is awful days and days before you get some sort of response . 3 of us brought most of the range at the same time and we all liked the products but all received the same poor delivery .and 2 of us took 4 days + to receive and email
