First time customer let down.
I ordered 2 cleaning products from this company on the 17th March. It said 3-5 days delivery time - just checked, not yet dispatched! I really needed these products. I sent an email and received an AI response, apologising profusely for the delay. This automated response doesn't excuse terrible service. Will not use this company again.

Terrible. Placed order on 9th March and still haven’t received it (22nd). Contacted customer services multiple times but continue to get the same standard response, which I suspect is written by an ai agent. Avoid using.

Website quoted 3-5 days delivery. It wasn’t even dispatched until after 8 days.
It’s now 16 days since I placed my order, and still no sign of it.
The excuse was that they are very busy.
I’ve now told them I don’t want my order, so we will see how long it takes to receive a refund.
I will update this review accordingly.

having ordered products a few times from jenny chem and never had a problem to now my last three orders taking longer than 1 week to be delivered to know having 2 order go completely missing. money taken from my account and no products. customer service are very slow as well at resolving problems

Still waiting 6 days later for my items to dispatch, changing to 1star .Products are ok but dispatch times are terrible, customer service just giving out the same excuses I see from other customer reviews, Poor excuse given due to 'dealing with too many orders.
You want the business dispatch the orders to your customers . Not good enough

Amateurs - placed an order 8 days ago, phoned up to cancel order due to the time it was taking/no communication received explaining why the delay. Poor excuse given due to 'dealing with too many orders' - order was instantly processed and received a dispatch day. Management/owner - get a grip!?

Products are excellent
Brought cleaning products for out static caravan and mouldy decking. Place looks like new will order more products.

Placed an order for over £120, viewed the invoice sent shortly afterwards & Jennychem had dropped in an warranted £12 delivery charge. I was somewhat annoyed given its free delivery over £65 & nothing showed on the original order.

I emailed JennyChem three times over the next couple of days requesting an explanation, refund or both. Apart from one AI generated acknowledgment promising someone get back to me I've heard absolutely nothing. I subsequently canceled the order with a somewhat sullen sounding customer service rep.

I had decided to use Jennychem once again after they'd previously supplied a faulty snow foam applicator.

In the acknowledgement after the order Jennychem asked "what could make me happier with their service?" The answers pretty simple, but apologising & replying promptly to a customer they've overcharged should be a priority. However, I've since led a lot of reviews on Trustpilot & it's littered with comments about poor responses & no replies to emails. It's obvious the company has a problem with respect to customer service & hasn't done much to improve it. Just wish I'd read the reviews previous to ordering.

Always had poor excuses from this company, always late deliveries if at all, always attitude if call on phone, actually cost my business quite a lot of money, by failing to deliver after being told they can , personally is avoid this Mickey Mouse company.

Sadly they are very slow on delivery which puts them a long way behind their competitors in the current age. Amazon have set a standard so when I have to wait over a week for a bit of weedkiller it doesnt feel good

I washed the motorhome the roof came up clean After the roof was cleaned I found the watermarks all down the side of the motorhome After washing and rinsing the motorhome with JennyChem Three time cleaning with a soft brush the watermarks white streams would not come of I now Not sure how to remove this wish i never bought it or cleaned the sides of the motorhome

Ordered over a week ago , no information, got a tracking number but it shows nothing , tried to contact by Allan get is AI replies ,

Just used the Jennychem citrus blast pre wash for the first time. It's by far the best pre wash I have used so far. Some I have used have been little more than coloured water but this citrus blast actually removed the dirt. Been very happy with all my Jennychem products so far. Just finished my wash with the ceramic snow foam as well. This is also amazing. Car looks like it's just out of the showroom

Terrible customer service. Gave my paid for product to someone else and so wasted my time having to go there to be told it wasn’t available despite me walking past a pallet full of the stuff I’d ordered. Will never use them again

Slow delivery so if your in a rush you may be disappointed!!!!?? Ordered on 21st Jan arrived 26th not what you want if you need business supplies !

Genuinely some of the best customer service support I’ve ever had! I ordered collection by mistake and within minutes of me emailing I had a reply and it was changed to delivery and came the next working day! Can’t ask for better! Would give 6 stars if I could
