What you can expect

This company is not in the US, so the things we are accustomed to when purchasing something online do not happen in the way we expect.

Expedited shipping for us took 11 days. The tracking number we were given only showed data centers across the US and Canada for the first 5 days and there was no information on the actual shipment. I called the customer service number 6 different times after checking to see what time it was in Bulgaria, and all 6 times the message said that no one was available to take my call.
Tried to email customer service and when I tried entering in the order number, which is a required field, it said that the information entered was invalid. I tried 4 different times from copy / paste from the email, to entering it exactly like it was in the example field, but it wouldn’t accept it.
I finally got a response from the company when I shared my concern on here (Thank you TrustPilot!) but they listed the tracking number in their reply giving my home address to anyone who cared to look.

As for the product:
When they arrived they were packaged well and undamaged. They looked well made and sturdy. I ordered 2 pair and have been wearing them for a week and a half so far. I’ve worn them to work, to the store, and to work out. Grip is really good, but the fit is pretty loose. Not so much that it causes major issues, but I definitely could not push off one direction or the other without them slipping.
As of right now, I would probably order again only because the quality is holding up so far for a really good price point.
My rating is an average between the quality of the product, and the lack of interaction with customer service.

Your feedback is very important to us, and we always strive to be as transparent as possible with all our clients. That is why we list our business information on our Contact Page, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. All of these can be accessed from any page on our site, including the checkout page.

However, that only means we are an EU-based company. It does not mean we do not have warehouses all over the world, including one in the US from which your order was shipped.

I checked your order tracking and see that our warehouse has already processed your order, and the items you bought have been handed over to the carrier for delivery. I do not see any movement to other states yet; the order was processed in Los Angeles, CA, and it is currently in transit to Texas for final delivery.

Finally, regarding the payment: as you probably know, credit/debit card payments are usually made upfront. This means you were charged when you placed the order. I can confirm that we did not charge you a single penny more than what you agreed to pay. We would never do such a thing to our clients.

We are currently experiencing a problem with our phone number, so our support is limited to email and Messenger for now. We are working to fix this.

It is very kind of you to say that you will edit your review upon receiving the items. As they were sent from our US warehouse, they should arrive soon.

Update: Pleas note that we never shared your tracking here publicly. Your personal information is safe! Also, the CA in the tracking means California, not Canada. I'm sorry for the confusion. Kind regards and THANK YOU for updating your review!

I really wanted to put 0 but couldn't. You advertised compression socks which I bought they are crap compared to other compression socks I have. Abd yes you all know the old trick send it back but you have to pay for it. Don't bother with them they are not based in England.

I have had sciatic pain/ discomfort for
almost one year next month.

I have had sciatic pain/ discomfort for almost a year. This belt has been a Godsend in reducing the discomfort to a tolerable level. Cut back the Ibuprofen use significantly. Great using while golfing and pickleballing. In addition, the width of the belt is awesome as it's less than twice as wide as the bigger, bulkier belts. Well worth the wait in receiving it.

I think that the product is very good

I think that the product is very good, comfortable and well made. However the extraordinary wait time to receive spoils an otherwise excellent service. Guys 19 days is way too long in the 21st century to wait for products like these.

Just go with an anaconda brace

Wait two and a half weeks for something that fits in the mailbox and it's the wrong size. When notifying customer support, they basically say "oops our bad" and that's it. Now I have to pay to ship their screw up and wait another 2 weeks after they receive theirs back, mean while my money is on the line while they drag their feet and do nothing, funny enough they don't have my size.

Stockings were good

Stockings were good, as advertised.

Question....
Do you have Stockings whose compression ratio is less than stockings I've been buying.

The zippers on these puts marks on my legs.

Regarding your question about lower compression, please get in touch with our support team—they’ll guide you to the best option.

We also note your concern about the zippers leaving marks. Sometimes this happens if the size isn’t quite right; going one size up or down may help. You could also try styles without zippers or with softer zipper coverings.

Awesome Customer Service

Great product which are worth every penny. I purchased four pairs of compression socks for Ultra running, one pair wasn’t quite right and was replaced immediately at no cost to myself. Superb and speedy customer service.

Really Nice Compression Socks

These are very nice compression socks. I think they are a little Overpriced than others on the market but my mom is very happy with these and they way they fit. She had an issue with one of the zippers sticking though. Note: Coming from another county took a lot longer to receive than expected. Get these way before you actually need them.
