Please send us an email with your order number so we can track it. Additionally, our cases are made of FAUX leather, not plastic. The soft plastic part is on the inside, while the exterior is FAUX leather.

They are made from FAUX leather, not paper as you mentioned. We also easily provide refunds or replacements and don't even ask customers to return the product to us.

I placed an order for a Gucci case for my S23 ultra. First, I received an email telling me to make the payment when I already had. The order was placed on 9.13.23 and I have yet to receive a tracking number saying it has shipped. No one has responded back to my emails and you don't get an answer when you call. My bank refunded my money for this bogus transaction. Go elsewhere!
