Good experience with HS, I specifically hired them to maximize ads towards our Kickstarter and they did just that! Right now sitting on 0.22$ per lead, which is above and beyond what we've expected.

Giles and Hyperstarter were amazing at not only helping get me set up for launching my first Kickstarter, but also for sharing resources, knowledge, and recommendations throughout the process to ensure that we were in the best possible starting place. If you're looking to launch a Kickstarter and need help understanding the process, and need someone to help get you on the right track, Hyperstarter is the way to go!

Out of ~10 crowdfunding agencies I contacted, Giles from Hyperstarter was the only one who was able to engage effectively to discuss the full E2E opportunity to crowdfund our product. We paid for the strategic planning which contained unique insights into how a crowdfunding campaign would work that enabled us to make the best decisions about crowdfunding going forward.

Giles was very helpful with the marketing of my project (PickTwist). While you do need to do most the work yourself (no one else can) he offered guidance and the type of attention to detail that is necessary to make sure that all the details of the campaign are correctly set before the launch.

My advice would be to contact him as EARLY AS POSSIBLE before your launch, since it's a lot of work and it takes time to get everything ready. If I could go back in time, I'd reach out a good 3-4 months before the launch, at least, though he was able to help a lot with my project in a much more limited time span.

Whether you need to get posted about on multiple blogs/sites, determine if a newsletter marketing service/influencer marketing/paid ads is a good fit for you, get the mailing list sorted and prepare the first newsletters, review the project page... I'd say just send him an email.

Giles at Hyperstarter helped me prepare for a successful Kickstarter campaign. I have no experience with Meta advertising, and he was very patient and generous with his time, even creating videos to explain the steps. I would work with Giles and Hyperstarter again.

Don't let the polished facade of Hyperstarter fool you. Behind the curtain of impressive claims and their' charming sales pitch lurks a hype machine disguised as a marketing agency. My experience with them was a cautionary tale of over-promising and under-delivering, leaving me with nothing but a crater of disappointment where growth was promised.
They paint a picture of online marketing utopia - organic traffic surging, influencers raving, media outlets clamoring, and subscribers multiplying like rabbits. Intoxicated by this vision, I partnered with them, eager to see my brand flourish under their supposed expertise.

But flourish it did not. Weeks bled into months, and my website resembled a ghost town. Influencer outreach amounted to tumbleweeds rolling through the digital Wild West. Media exposure? Not a peep. Subscriber growth? Flat as a pancake. It became distressingly clear that Hyperstarter's "expertise" was a carefully constructed mirage.

Their so-called "work" resembled a kindergartener loose with the marketing dashboard. Nonsensical tactics were thrown around like confetti, hoping some might stick. There was no strategic roadmap, no data-driven approach, just a never-ending loop of empty promises and meaningless reports.

Adding insult to injury was the abysmal communication. Reaching them became akin to contacting a ghost. Emails bounced back, calls went unanswered, and the salesman who once spun tales of success vanished into thin air.

My experience with Hyperstarter was a costly education. Not only did it drain my resources and time, but it left me feeling disillusioned and frustrated. This is a company unconcerned with your brand's success. Their sole purpose appears to be peddling dreams, not generating results.

So, if you're considering partnering with Hyperstarter, heed this warning. Do your due diligence, speak to past clients, and don't be seduced by their smooth-talking charade. There are legitimate marketing agencies out there who can deliver on their promises. Don't subject yourself to the heartache, wasted resources, and crushing disappointment that Hyperstarter inevitably brings. Steer clear – your online presence will thank you for it.

Don't be fooled by the smooth words from Hyperstarter. They promise the world - organic traffic, influencer outreach, media exposure, subscriber growth - but deliver nothing but empty words. My experience was a nightmare. Despite their guarantees, I saw zero results. It's all just a big show to get your money up front. Their "work" was completely incompetent and useless. It felt like a kid clicking buttons with no real strategy. They claim they will do a lot of stuff, but in fact you are doing everything alone, they just advice you.
They couldn't deliver on any of their promises and their tactics were nothing more than a bunch of nonsense thrown at the wall to see what stuck. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hyperstarter altogether.

Our website/socials were all evaluated, and I was provided with a step-by-step plan to improve them. Not only was the feedback valuable, accurate, and succinct, but I was also informed and educated on the content and how to make it better. All of this done with prompt and delightful service. Giles is so professional and friendly.

I honestly and sincerely cannot recommend anyone more. If you are launching a Kickstarter/IndieGogo/etc. - get Giles and the team involved as soon as you possibly can.

I discovered Hyperstarter on Reddit and was impressed by the valuable free advice they had been offering over the years to Kickstarter project owners. After further investigation and noting their stellar reviews on Trustpilot, I reached out to them.

Giles quickly responded, and I opted for their basic hands-on package. This decision proved instrumental in making my page more Kickstarter friendly, gaining tons of actionable advice, and receiving valuable content, for example an updated press release and pages of pre-written pitches tailored to a long list of specific media outlets. This assistance is super beneficial to solo creators navigating the Kickstarter adventure for the first time !

Although all the work of Giles, his team and myself hasn’t yet shown the tangible results that I was hoping for, it's crucial to acknowledge that several external factors beyond their control are likely influencing this outcome. Notably the fact they became involved in the project after the launch, which does limit the advice they can give on some occasions. (For example, Giles would have recommended having a much simpler product offering, but this was impossible for me to change.) However, I remain optimistic that the potential for a turnaround exists as I continue implementing all of their advice before the campaign concludes !

What has really stood out to me about Giles is the truly personalised, one-to-one support he provides. It’s clear that he cares about the projects (and project owners) he is helping. Running a Kickstarter by yourself is challenging, and Giles understands this, responding promptly to queries and continuing to offer potentially game-changing strategy, tips and ideas.

For future Kickstarter creators, I would highly recommend you reach out to Giles several months before your planned launch. This would allow you to benefit from his invaluable advice well in advance, significantly improving your project's chances of success.

Hyperstarter is a great resource for anyone planning or have recently launched a Kickstarter. I wish I had worked with them sooner. They provided some great advice and a lot of information. To be honest everything was very overwhelming especially for someone that has never launched a Kickstarter before. There's so much that needs to be done so if I had to do it all over again I would just work on it until everything was completed. I ended up failing my first Kickstarter but relaunched and succeeded the second time. Hyperstarter did a lot of the leg work for me so all I had to do was go in and send the messages to the right place.

The only thing that I wish would have been different was the delivery of the work done. I was so confused and overwhelmed with what needed to be done and when. I think a general timeline or outline would have been helpful for me personally. Example: week 1: do x y z... week 2: do a b c... with links to document or what not. We did also run into an issue where the Press Kit that was made for the first launch had vanished when I was about to launch the second time so I'd recommend backing up anything and everything. Make copies of every Google doc. I ended up creating my own in depth press kit on my website so while it was a little frustrating at the time it worked out in the end.

Hyperstarter did go above and beyond to reach out to me even though I had gone silent. Helping me out as much as they could and continue to provide advice even though services have been delivered. I can tell they actually care about their clients and want them to succeed. Definitely worth the fee I paid. Overall extremely happy with their services and would highly recommend.

Giles is a true hardworking gent and an all-round superstar in post-launch organic crowdfunding. He was super thorough and prompt with his advice and went above and beyond with all the curveball questions I threw at him. Man really looks out for you in all tenets of organic marketing and he did A LOT in a very short amount of time. Lesser people would take the flat fee and do the bare minimum but this man answered a lot of my questions and proactively offered many more tips, so much so that often I struggled to keep up! The advice is on point, the approach is tailored and the contacts he has are really helpful too. Would highly recommend getting Giles on your team to make sure you're maximising your post-launch organic potential :)

Tutto vero quello che fanno. Ma non hanno portato un solo sostenitore. Nessuno ha investito neanche un centesimo sul progetto Kickstarter, per merito di Hyperstarter. Mi hanno detto di contattare un professionista su Fiverr per migliorare il progetto. Il professionista non si è fatto più sentire, quando ha saputo di loro. Credo usano questo sistema per imputare la colpa dell'insuccesso al progetto o alla sua presentazione. Insomma, non fidatevi di Hyperstarter.
What they do is all true. But they didn't bring a single supporter. Nobody invested even a penny in the project Kickstarter, thanks to Hyperstarter. They told me to contact a professional on Fiverr to improve the project. The professional never spoke again when he found out about them. I believe they use this system to blame the failure on the project or its presentation. In short, don't trust Hyperstarter.
