I started speaking to Fiachra after a bad spell of health anxiety hindered my career and other aspects of my life. With Fiachra’s assistance I am well and truly on my way back to feeling and acting the way I should be and I will no longer be held back by the constant dread I used to feel. Fiachra also helped me find logic behind stress and the means to handle stress effectively. As no doubt many people are, I was sceptical at the beginning but from the first discussion with Fiachra my eyes were opened and the benefits started from the outset. I highly recommend the hypnosis and therapy centre.

Happy with Hypnosis and Therapy Centre

Went to Hypnosis and Therapy Centre as I was suffering bad with social anxiety and was feeling very low because of it. Had my sessions with Catríona who was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I will have to be honest and say that after the first session I thought there is no way this is going to work for me,but I was proven wrong. By my third session I felt more positive, more confident and happier in myself. Thanks for that Catríona. It is also comforting to know I could call her in between sessions if I needed a bit of extra support. My husband has even noticed a difference in me. I,m so glad I went and would definitely recommend Hypnosis and Therapy Centre

Thank you so much for sharing this, and for being honest about where your head was after that first session. I think a lot of people feel exactly the same way, so it's important that you did!

That moment of "there's no way this is going to work" is one we hear quite often, and I always find it quietly satisfying when things shift anyway :)

If people trust the process and provide us feedback so we can adapt the sessions, and fully engage with the programme, they will experience the subconscious behavioural shift that you have.

You stayed with it, and that took courage, especially when you were already feeling low.

The fact that your husband noticed before you'd even fully registered it yourself says everything. That's when you know it's real.

Greatest Decision Of My Life

The progress I made with Fiachra in 6 weeks makes the previous 2.5 years I spent in "talk therapy" feel like a complete waste of time.

I felt I needed support in my daily life and the last thing I wanted to do was open up old wounds, memories and traumas to relive them again in order to process why I feel the way I do today... so I decided to try hypnosis. I was shocked to find out that none of this is actually necessary for effective treatment with hypnosis.
This process has been so quick and literally life changing.

Dealing with major life events and really struggling to adjust to parenting a disabled, autistic child, Fiachra has worked with me so that I not only enjoy what is required of me every single day, but I find joy and fun in things that would have previously overwhelmed me.

I have no idea how he has done this because I thought my life was destined for misery and hardship.

Then just to add in an extra little perk, he has managed to cure my sensory issues! I hated the sound of people eating (misophonia) , I felt physically sick... now I don't even register the sound at all. I never realised the impact it was having on me until it no longer had an effect on me at all.

Honestly, I am so thrilled that I took the chance and tried something new. Everyone needs to do this! Trust me.

What you said about not wanting to relive things is something we hear a lot. Most people assume therapy means going back through everything painful before anything can change. That's not how we work, and I'm glad you gave it a chance despite that concern!

By the way, finding joy in what previously felt overwhelming, that's not a small thing. That's everything. And the misophonia quietly disappearing in the background is a perfect example of what happens when the underlying pattern resolves. Things you weren't even directly working on just settle.

I will no longer hold myself back!

I went to the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre to work on overcoming my limiting beliefs, and I had the pleasure of working with Fiachra throughout the process.

Every session was incredibly valuable. Over the course of a couple of months, I gained a much deeper understanding of myself, how my mind works, and the beliefs that had been holding me back.

By the end of my final session, I had far greater mental clarity, was thinking more positively and confidently, and had developed practical tools that I continue to use every day.

I now feel genuinely excited about the future. Instead of holding myself back, I have the confidence to move forward and pursue the goals that matter to me.

I can't recommend Fiachra and the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre highly enough. The experience has been truly invaluable, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything I learned.

Positive Experience

I reached out to Fiachra because I was having a hard time with managing stress, anxiety, and ongoing mental health difficulties. I had previously attended psychotherapy, which I found beneficial to a certain point.

I was unsure of what to expect as I had never engaged in hypnotherapy before. However, the positive outcome of my sessions has succeeded my expectations. I noticed changes occurring that had not happened during other therapeutic processes. Now, I am confident in managing my personal life and stressors. The quality of my thoughts have improved and I feel better able to regulate my emotions, and be present.

I would recommend the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre. Thank you, Fiachra, for the work that you do.

What you said about noticing changes that hadn't happened in other therapeutic processes is something I hear fairly often, and it matters.

Psychotherapy has real value, and it sounds like it served you well up to a point. Sometimes you need something that goes a bit deeper than what conversation alone can reach. That's what we try to do.

The fact that you're now managing stress and regulating your emotions with more ease, and feeling more present in your own life, that's not a small thing. And fair play to you for being open to trying something new when you weren't sure what to expect. That takes a bit of courage.

Not for me

I found it a lot of money for the service. 3 hour long appointments and some calls for 1500 euros. I would pay great amounts for good help but I didn’t find that here. The appointments seemed to go in circles there was no getting to any point during them just the same thing over and over. This is fine some people must benefit from repetition to drill the idea in, but I just found it tedious. When I first joined I was told of ongoing support throughout six months and I thought this was brilliant but the phones calls weren’t what I expected to be some shorter hypnosis sessions rather a talk over the plan again which is fine but I wouldn’t have signed up if I had known this. I think this should be clarified to customers going forward. I walked away at the end didn’t answer calls from caitríona as I didn’t find it helpful at all really I got better help elsewhere and am now achieving what I wanted to when I went here for help. Overall I didn’t find them supportive or life changing at all it just seems like a complete waste of money now. At the start when I had my first session I was excited and told a friend, this friend had an awful experience where she could not get a hold of them for almost a month, they were late to her appointments, and took it quite badly when she discussed her disappointment in this. I was sorry to have told her to give it a try as after two week with them I realised it wasn’t what I thought it was. Edit: Read some reviews and I do think it’s strange how they argue with their not so brilliant reviews instead of apologising if the reviews are genuine this leads back to my friend who told me they could not handle her being upset when she brought up problems abt her experience

For clarity, our programme structure, and the nature of the six months’ support are explained in detail prior to enrolment so clients can make an informed decision. This is done verbally and in our terms and conditions.

The vast majority of our clients report no issues with the structure, rather overwhelming success, so I truly regret that you did not have that experience.

In addition to the three primary sessions, all clients are invited to attend our ongoing monthly masterclasses. These sessions are designed to reinforce the work completed, introduce additional tools and skills, and provide continued access to support over time. Many clients find that this ongoing element is where significant additional value is gained. All clients that attend the first session with us receive email reminders for our masterclasses each month.

We recognise that not every approach suits every individual, and we are sorry to hear that the experience described did not feel worthwhile to you. Our intention is always to provide structured, outcome-focused work with consistent professional support, which is talked about in many of our other reviews.

Be the best version of you


Got referred to the guys by a good friend who couldn’t say enough positive things about Hypnosis and therapy centre. All I can say is from the initial phone contact, through to the 1 to 1s with Fiachra and the ongoing support, post 1 to 1, it’s lived up to all my expectations. Fiachra got ‘Me’ from the get go. He tailored the therapy to my needs and hopes. He’s always open to a catch up and a bit of straight talking lol. I met Fiachra September the 2nd and I have never looked back the 1st meeting with him I knew after that I was on the road to recovery with my addiction as he went through everything step by step I realised that it’s not going to be as tough as I thought in fact it was the opposite anyone out there that is struggling with anything please get in touch with hypnosis therapy and let your life begin for the better I’m just sorry I didn’t do it sooner but it’s never too late I am so much happier and healthier now.

Highly Recommend

I can’t recommend Fiachra highly enough. From our first call he instantly put me at ease, and from just the second session I noticed a huge shift in my perspective. I recently did a series of Hypnosis


I recently did a series of Hypnosis sessions with Caitríona and could not recommend the Hypnosis & Therapy Centre enough. I had fallen into old patterns of smoking in the evening and wanted to break free from the guilty and shameful feelings it was leaving me with. Caitríona helped me to focus my energy elsewhere and to break the habit, all within 3 sessions. The freedom this has given me emotionally cannot be described: it is a lovely and exciting feeling to know I am setting a good example for my family and children. It has also had a domino effect elsewhere, where I have stopped procrastinating on big decisions work-wise and actually followed through with them. I would highly recommend.

I have had 2 sessions so far and I feel like Fiachra has brought me back to life. He has helped me so much. I did not know much about Hypnosis & therapy so I was a bit sceptical at first but its the best decision iv ever made. Fiachra is so knowledgeable and was always available to contact at anytime.
