Thank you Alan, you're very kind! I’m really glad the experience landed so well for you.

We are proud of our programs, check-in calls and monthly masterclasses provided as part of the package. All of our energy goes towards our clients, but hearing your feedback along with all of the other amazing stories really makes it worth it for Caitríona and I.

It's important you remember to stay in contact if you feel the need, but you are now equipped to deal with the amazing challenges life likes to throw at us. Take it in your stride with everything we spoke about and you'll look forward to being able to prove yourself.

And you're correct, it's not always important to understand why it works, just that it has. You don't need to know what the mechanic did to first your car, do you?

Hi John, thank you for sharing! Fear of flying is so common. Imagine who many trips and opportunities you have missed out on due to this limitation.

Now that you know, you know... I hope you feel empowered to tackle everything that life has to throw at you! Our techniques don't only apply to fear of flying, or public speaking, or spiders. We put you back in control of your own subconscious to give you a renewed mindset, applicable to all aspects of your life.

We're delighted you have had this mindset switch. Let us know if we can help you in the future... I suspect we won't hear from you though :)

Thank you Melissa! I'm thrilled to hear that you're feeling more confident and ready to “deal with it as it happens”— imagine everyone had this mindset (they can by the way) Imagine what removing these limiting beliefs in your life could do for you...

This does not mean people can be careless and avoid planning. But our techniques and reprogramming of your mindset relieves you of unnecessary worry and anxiety. People can allow this to control their lives for months, years and lifetimes.

I'm also glad the voice notes came in handy; who knew a mini-Fiachra in your pocket could be so useful?

It’s pretty amazing how easy it all was for you to experience such drastic change in your life... From feeling weighed down by negative emotions to experiencing lasting calm, positivity, and self-acceptance.

Thank you for your review! It is a perfect overlap when I (and Caitríona) happen to have been driving instructors many years ago! We fully understand the stress and anxiety around driving, although as you now know, there is no need.

We have worked with countless people in relation to confidence, stress and anxiety around driving over the years. So it is amazing that we were able to help you also.

You are now well-capable to take control of your life, driving yourself to success in all aspects of the word.

Thank you for sharing your journey with others, and congratulations on the job! Although I'm not surprised...

I could tell from speaking with you that you were capable of so much more, but like so many others, were holding yourself back.

It's interesting, because our subconscious mind often holds us back in order to "protect us". It's doing what it feels is right! But sometimes, it is not the best thing for us. By releasing these psychological resistances, you can experience the clarity, mental performance and self-confidence that has been there all along.

Anxiety can be a heavy burden to carry, and I'm glad that you reached out for support before your job interview. It's not uncommon to feel skeptical about hypnosis, but experiencing the positive changes firsthand can be truly transformative.

Remember, it's also a testament to your courage and willingness to embrace change.

Your review truly means a lot, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to see another client make BIG life moves, which will naturally kick off more positive steps!
