Anxiety and nail biting

I went to the Hypnosis and Therapy Centre years ago as my anxiety was overwhelming leading up to final year exams in college.

I was biting my nails to the point of bleeding! Within just a few sessions the anxiety was under control and the nail biting had stopped!

To this day, I do not bite my nails! Highly recommended for anyone in two minds
