BUYER BEWARE: I purchased the back brace and it was too small (child size). I requested a return and another size. After 8 emails and 2 pictures (why?) I am left with a company that will not provide me: (1) a return label and (2) any further communication (ghosting).

Unfortunately it is a huge SCAM. Im usually good at recognizing real from fake, but they got me this time. I should have known when I could not view the reviews (that weren’t the 5-star ones provided for you). Clearly they don’t LET you review the products On the website.

I did in-fact receive my orders yesterday (from beginning of August) - Today is August 21st. But the products were not what was advertised. It was a completely different product all together. And the package looked like someone crammed the product into the smallest plastic bag that would fit it. I clearly couldn’t believe it was the product in the first place, since I ordered the huge orthopedic pillow… and the package fit in my hands. The outside package looked suspicious at the least. Didn’t even know what it was until I opened it. It was not sent from the company of “hyrolabs” - which is what probably saves them in some sort of legal loophole. Nonetheless I knew it was them from the product sent.

I read the other reviews on here about trying to get refunds with no responses or them asking you to send the product back for the refund. But at this point I’m not sending the product that they gave me, Back to them, on my own dime, just to Not receive a refund for it. (Because ironically - even with the 30 day guarantee - the item cant be opened or used, must be in its original packaging, and can’t have been a sale item.) None of that would have been possible and/or makes sense with the 30day guarantee… so just Dont Buy Their Scam.

I will contact them nonetheless about their services. And spread the word that they are not a real company selling the products advertised.

Everything others have said in their reviews are true, from fit to customer service. They kept playing this game where they asked for the order number in every single email even though it was in the email chain already. They then wanted pictures of the product. Sent pictures literally more than a dozen times. Days and days between emails, or sometimes they were just radio silent until I contacted them again.

Then this morning they denied the claim stating that by purchasing, I had agreed to their refund policy which allegedly states that only damaged products may be returned. That is not actually what the return policy on the website is.

I will be reporting to state and federal authorities.

This place is a rip off do not order from them. I ordered some thing July 24 still have not yet received it. There has been no movement with tracking for five days. I keep emailing them which is the only way to contact them and they never answer my problems, all I want is a refund they will not do that. Do not buy for these people. It is a scam.

Horrible scam company. Over 2 months since I ordered. No product received. Sent emails. They're reply is automated. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The "back brace" I received would hardly fit a child, yet is marked "L" on the tag.
My request for help was denied: "After a thorough review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return. Our policy only permits returns for damaged items upon receipt."

What about a totally incorrect item?

What about an item that does not match the photo as advertised?

Now I see I was scammed just like everyone else. Please, shut this company down.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are a total scam. Their email is fraudulent and they just take your money and send you nothing. Hopefully the authorities will catch up with them.

I came to see if others had similar problems... with a 96% negative rating lmao I can confirm this company is a scam. I learned about this company through an IG ad so it makes me wonder how many fraudulent companies are allowed to advertise and scam customers via IG. Long story less long I ordered the snore rings, they never came, I followed up a couple of times only for them to keep telling me it's on the way - it's been over a month. My card company has already refunded my money.

This is such a scam the back/posture brace I received after a month is so small it's impossible to put on around my middle and I'm a size 6 I reached out to return the item but was told they only accept returns if the item is damaged and since I bought it "on sale" returns or refunds are not accepted
Beware buyers and save your money

Placed order beginning of June, received an email of shipping June 7, as of July 11 still nothing. Their tracking link says page not found but when putting into USPS website, states they created a label but not yet in system!! Credit card company refunded me! SCAM!

This back brace is total crap. The Velcro does not stick. The company will not issue a refund. The quality is super poor. I am thoroughly disgusted with this product and with the company do not under any circumstances by this product. The craftsmanship is extremely poor. I cannot even believe they have this thing on the market. Shame on me for buying it now I can’t get a refund.

Total Scam, don't do it!

DO NOT BUY from this company! We ordered an XXL, which according to the size chart would fit my husband. It DID NOT even come close. They wanted a picture of what we were sent and denied the return. I had a picture of the or package and the back support. They claimed because I ordered the size that was delivered, it did not warrant a return.This is nothing but a SCAM. It was cheap and didn’t remotely fit. I am reporting them to the BBB but, be aware this is appears to be a Chinese company.

I would give this a zero if that were available. I ordered the back brace and after waiting weeks and weeks and them assuring me it was on its way. It finally arrived and having ordered a large this would not fit a two-year-old. I see that someone else has had the same problem And all the emails to them don’t go through. There’s no way to call them. I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody to accept the return. I have called my bank and they will be doing an investigation and have put the charge on hold. Buyer beware this is a scam!

Took forever to receive it, sizing way off so was way too small and the quality is poor. Tried to return and was informed no return on sale items. They are always on sale. It’s the only way they will ever sell anything. Do NOT buy this or from this company!

Flimsy ill fitting brace and will not honor return policy...taking advantage of an elderly man on fixed income...
I intend to update my review every day because this sham co doesn't deserve 1 star...please do not consider buying from this co...they are laughing at us all the way to the bank.Zero star rating is too high....rate you dogs pooh and subtract 10 points and this company is way below that..I despise dishonesty anywhere.

would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!! Poor quality and although it says 2x it is not would only fit my 10 year old grandchild! Don't planning on getting any help from customer service because they are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They intentionally send you the wrong size then after 2 weeks of ignoring complaints they say "well they weren't damaged so you're out of luck. Worst. Company. Ever.

Do not buy from this company! They are scammers! It took a month for me to receive my order. When it arrived, the product box was smashed and the quality of the product was crap. It took several emails to get a response when I requested a return. When they finally responded the request was denied because the item had been on sale. All of the items on their site are "on sale" all the time.

It’s a scam company they do not ship out anything they take your money and do not respond to any of the emails you send. And when they respond they lie and say it was delivered and tell you to check around your address or the post office and stop responding!!! I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I repeat do not buy from this company it’s a SCAM!!!
