The representative completely ignored me without giving an explanation when I suggested to cancel and resubmit an order with the right amount for shipping + at the same time I wanted to change the email address on file to my personal email.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience and I’m really sorry your request about cancelling/submitting the order and updating your email wasn’t addressed properly. That’s not how we want anyone to feel.
I think in this case my colleage may have misread the email which I sincerely apologise for and is not acceptable and I totally understand where you are coming from and why you feel ignored. Sometimes in the fast paced work day mistakes happen. We are all human.
We can for sure send you an invoice in your personal email address and also I have changed your email address on the website to your personal email if you wish to login.
Again sorry for our error and any inconvenience this may have caused in the future please feel free to reach out to me personally and I will make sure things go more smoothly.

Made my order & turned up in very good time. Only tiny issues was the hanging brackets were a little bent but very easily sorted as they are aluminium. Will be using you guys in the future.

From what you’ve mentioned, it sounds like you could be referring to a bent light hangers on the Telos light — is that the case? If so, we're really sorry to hear about that. It could’ve happened during shipping, and if that’s the case, we’ll definitely have a word with the courier.
That said, if you think it might be more to do with the packaging of the light itself, we’d genuinely value feedback. And would happily pass it on to Telos so they can upgrade their new versions with any issue like that taken care of, to help them prouce even better lights in the future!

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with unprofessional, robotic responses and poor customer support.
I ordered an AC Infinity grow tent kit from Hytec Hydroponics, which included lights, a carbon filter, an inline fan, two rotary fans, and a controller. Only one rotary fan was delivered, yet I was billed for two.
I live in the EU, so I was hit with hefty customs fees (understandable, post-Brexit). But I still paid customs on an item I never received.
When I contacted Hytec, I was repeatedly offered a voucher, despite making it very clear I wanted a refund, not store credit. Eventually, they agreed to refund the missing fan, but avoided to account for the customs fees I paid on it. I had to calculate and provide proof myself, and the responses I got were clearly ChatGPT-style AI replies, not real customer service from an actual human being. It felt like I was speaking to a bot that had been fed my own emails. Eventually they paid.
Once my tent was set up, I noticed significant light leaks along the zippers. I reported this with photos, as requested. After that, I heard nothing for nearly a month. I followed up, and now another week has passed with zero response.
To be honest, the entire communication has felt detached, robotic, and uncaring, like they’re either not reading emails properly - 420 I guess - or just don’t care once they’ve made the sale.
I’m now considering my options, including contacting AC Infinity directly about Hytec’s service, and filing a complaint with UK Trading Standards.
Would absolutely not recommend. Very unprofessional.

This is not the kind of service we want our customers to go through, and we regret that your order didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. We feel we went above and belond in regards to contacting AC Infinity about the pin hole of light in the tent zip which the Manufacture said was in tolerance and this is why they add a zip cover flap to cover stitching holes.
