The customer service is a ZERO! I ordered a paint pen from this company and they shipped it to the wrong address. The picture it was " delivered to" was not my house. I proved this and I contacted them numerous times fighting with them and they REFUSED to resend it to the right address. So, they earned this bad review and will never get my business.

They don’t answer your questions or your emails. They make you pay for shipping and then don’t refund when your items are delivered later. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THEM. They’re shady.

Updated review. Spoke to person in parts department. They explained why I never heard from them regarding my order. Placed new order again today. Lets hope it goes better this time around.

I ordered and paid for two identical parts. Only one arrived in the mail. I emailed this company multiple times over a period of several months, and I received no response. There is no excuse for this. I cannot recommend their services.

Do not order from this merchant. Like other reviews I received only 1 of the 5 items I ordered. I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails but never received a response. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card.
