I've used I2I for every time I have changed jobs over the past 8 years. Each occasion has been as good as the last.

Their team of supportive professionals make an experience that is normally very stressful and they flip it on it's head. I can not endorse I2I enough for their help.

Ellie and Alicia were both brilliant in their service to help finding me my ideal role and going above and beyond to achieve results.

I worked as a temp for Gloucestershire County Council through i2i Recruitment for two years, and their support has been outstanding from start to finish. I applied for I job I really liked the sound of and the application went to i2i. I received a call the very next day from a lovely lady called Jade. She informed me I was a good match and took me through the application process. She made everything extremely easy and supported me through the whole process. She gave me potential interview questions to revise and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Absolutely amazing experience with an excellent agency. I have already recommended i2i to another service leaver and will continue to point anyone looking for employment to this agency. Warm, kind, knowledgeable and totally professional. i2i were brilliant, particularly Elina who first put me forward for the role, despite the employer initially feeling reticent as they were worried about me taking a step down into a more junior role, Elina recognised the opportunity and the future needs of the business and how I was exactly what they need. Turns out the opportunity has so much more scope than even the employer thought and we both left the interview process gushing about the other. It's a great opportunity and I can't wait to get started.

I never really use the recruitment side when looking for jobs however Alicia has been amazing helping me with jobs! Alicia managed to find a job for me straight away and she set up everything for me, Alicia was always checking in and making sure I was ok and always communicated well with me.
