Such an amazing recruitment agency got a really good job through them 3 time of going with them over the years absolutely fantastic and staff are always helpful

honestly can’t thank Rubicon Recruitment enough for all their help and support throughout my job search. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. They kept me updated every step of the way, communicated clearly, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.

A huge thank you to Ella and Erin, who were both absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me find the right opportunity and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

Excellent customer service, always very smooth and easy communication, I have mainly spoken with Erin, Ella and Aimee who are always very friendly as are the rest of the employees! They always find me work within a manageable commuting distance and I rarely have to wait more than a day after contacting them to hear back

Ella Deeley at Rubicon was fantastic from start to finish. Always checking in, always making sure I was well informed at every stage of the whole process. And when I actually got the job she sent me a hand written card saying congrats! Now that's a service and a half, if you ask me. If you're looking for your next career opportunity, I can not recommend Ella and Rubicon enough!

My experience working with this agency has been nothing but positive from day one. On my very first day at a new job, they drove all the way from Poole, Bournemouth to Salisbury just to bring me some work shoes, which really showed how dedicated they are to helping their staff.
