Helpful staff, early reminders

Simona was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions. She found a product which fitted my needs perfectly.

Really good communication and excellent service

An absolute joy dealing with these lovely people. Incredibly helpful and REAL people answer the telephone.
A first class experience all round.

Always great communication. Documents are set out in plain English.
Would highly recommend

Great service as always

I could not believe it as the renewal price was cheaper and they issue paper renewal policies. Being a bit still old fashion I prefer it on paper which suites me fine. Had to phone to chance card details as well and it was delt with promptly as I was on my lunch hour as well. Great service.

Excellent service having tried several others previously.

customer service was good. Phone answering was prompt: assistant was helpful and informed: courteous and professional. I felt that I was getting a service and that the customer facing team were taking some pride in their work.

All good. Professional and competitive

Highly recommended
