This company is the biggest waist of time and money ever. They have little to zero customer service. This company has underdelivered at every turn. This company undermined every single aspect of the transaction that they were contracted to accomplish. This Company will openly work against any customer that comes into contact with the company: I.A.A.

DO NOT TRUST !!!
Even if you see a car has keys, catalytic converter or some parts in/on it in the description!
They are not responsible for this all if you will not find them on the pick up after you buy it as it happened to me !!!
They are telling you to check everything before bidding, but the auctions are only online!!!
How can you trust them???
And you must spend 2 days to try to contact customer service to have some explanations...

After about 10 years here- really upsetting experience

I have exclusively purchased all my vehicles from IAA and have had no real issues but the amount of fees that are continuously being added on is getting out of hand. I mean why are you all charging for in branch payments, not only do you have daily limits on IPAY but your trying to charge people for coming into the branch. I'm not the only one that has complained as your CSR stated many are unhappy with this new charge. Its jut not good practice especially in todays economy.

IAAI is one big scam. After the purchase, the bike (number of auction 0-33423513) was dismantled, which meant that it lost its value at around 700$. I'd fu*k the owner who sold the bike and IAAI employee who is responsible for it.!

this is not good for buyer, not at all !this is not an auction, not at all ! the seller can change is mind after the sale and auction is complete and done, IaaI just protect the sellers and charge them a minimum fees resist again the lots and discard the right of the buyer!

This is not an real and fair auction... is just a seller scam scammmm

I regret that I took part in the bidding for an old vehicle and my bid was accepted for $500. Please note what the total invoice came out to be $998.
But wait when I went to pick up the vehicle at their site I was advised that I needed to pay another separate yard fees before the vehicle would be
brought out.

here is the breakdown:

$185 US IAAI Buyer fee
$79 US pullout fee
$39 US internet fee
$35 US broker fee
$10 US environment fee

total: $848 US

plus our broker fee of $150 US

invoice total due: $998

IAAI are CON ARTISTS, Thieves and swindlers at best that pray people who can least afford to be taken advantage of. They do not have any moral scrupels.

Over the years I have been to many auctions and this IAAI auto auction firm is the WORST. People educate yourself before you decide to open up an account with these CON ARTISTS. Buyer Be Ware

I regret ever buying cars from iaai. I bought three cars all was listed as run and drive only for trucker to get there and found out that all the cars are non runner. The damages ranging from damage brain box, missing Exust port etc. information about the vehicles where all lies… i called them and they gave me silly excuses and pointing to their greedy drafted buyer agreements rules to justify their evil deeds… only God will deal with you for ripping people of their hard earned money with false information.

I would give them zero stars if I could, three cars I purchased stated they run and drive, all three had blown motors! When I asked for a refund they denied me! Not even a credit.

My car was taken to them for some reason after an accident. Virtual inspection said it will be fixed. It’s being moved to my mechanic. CAR DOESNT EVEN BELONG TO THEM but they have it posted on their website to drum up interest. Posted my VIN, mileage, pictures and videos. Rolled down my windows in the rain to take pictures. I called them today and they verified my car will be moved and said they will take it down after that. Seriously disrespectful and all around bad business practice. Why list something that doesn’t belong to you yet. Seems like border line false advertisement.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They put you on hold forever then hang up on you when they can’t help resolve anything.

Iaai Rancho Cordova worst auction to pick up cars as a transporter you will waste a day to pick up a car

worst customer service ever,they never call back or answer your emails. They stole our your sales tax fees even we have sales tax certificates on file. Also kept $1200 for transportation cost they never provided. Recently bought a car with announced 5000 actual mileage and then we found out that the car had 120000 miles 10 years ago. Only answer you get from customer service is ''we will call you back'' and that just never happens.

Just a few questions:
-why IAAI is refusing buyers to test drive cars? Saying because of covid isn't an answer.
-if it's because of covid why are they accepting cash and check as medium for payment?
Just a food for thought.
The guys will get rich overnight if they sell cars to people by telling them that test drive isn't allowed.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander Platinum last week in Abilene, Texas. The pictures did not include all the damage; the windshield is cracked, suspension messed up and several other issues not addressed. The car supposedly was listed as “runs and drives” so my husband flew last Friday from Little Rock to Abilene to drive the car home. The car did not start and run and he had to fly back the same day; almost 1000 in airline tickets. He drove 7.5 hours yesterday to be there today when they opened. The car was advertised as a “platinum” and we bid a couple thousand more for this package. The car is a Limited which is fine but we certainly would have bid less if we had known! I purchased my last car from Co-Part and the car was exactly as described!!! I will never use these people again!!!! We paid the Little Rock site almost 25,000 two hours after we won the auction!!! We won the car for 23,700 and the rest was fees! Beware of false advertisement!!!!!

Worst auction in the country and horrible customer service. Stay away and don't buy or you will loose unnecessary money.

Lier & fraud, don't buy their cars, lost ~ 4000$, hide all damages on the car, send money them next day - but got +125$ fee for penalty.
They don´t inspect car, they hide information about damage & a lot additional fee. Please don't repeat my mistakes.

Fee structure at Iaa is getting to the point of being ridiculous. Now they have a $10.00 premium vehicle fee for a 2012 Navigator. A total of 5 different fees on a $2,300 purchase. When is this going to stop!
