My business loan was bought by these scumbags. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, I haven't received an email response in weeks. I have contacted via info@(bizname).com, customersupport@(bizname).com,
LoanQuestions@(bizname).com.

All of these positive reviews are from people who got a new loan. and only worked with sales people. read the reviews from anyone who has dealt with this company after a loan is closed. They are all horrible, if you can even get a hold of them. Portal was taken down end of 2025 and new one was never set up. Run far away.

They also sold all our contact info to other loan sharks that harass us on an hourly basis via email, text, call. We know it was from them because we use a private mail relay to isolate when our information is sold. Never give them your real email or phone number!

Run from them. They had me tied up for 7 months on an SBA, took my $3,000 in closing fees and denied my loan due to low SBSS score. I have an 800 credit score and 5 years of returns and bank statements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

I had a good experience with this company. The financing was expensive, but I was able to negotiate them down a bit. What made a big difference was the customer service I received from Corey Sawyers. He was very responsive and professional. If there's a way you can ask for him to be your point of contact, I would recommend that.

We had a bit of a hiccup at the closing, but it was worked out pretty quickly. We received funding almost immediately after I was told that it had closed.

I didn't have any problems accessing my account after it was funded.

Finding and acquiring small business funding is tough. I don't want to say my experience was a breeze, but compared to experiences at other companies, iBusiness was much better.
