Had a bad experience with this company ordered something from them and after one week still my order is not yet shipped called them and they said they will call back after 10minutes and I waited waited still no call when I call back they said they will dispatch the order today as there is some issue as I’m writing this review there is no update yet no mail no WhatsApp will wait and see if they dispatch my order or not this is the first and the last order

FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER. BIG SCAM.

very poor experience. Prepaid order but not received any tracking details,no reply to mails for enquiry and number of times follow up was needed for the delivery. And received order was also incomplete,few products were from DTDC,few from Delhivery and one product was not received only. No reply to calls and mails. VERY NEGLIGENT COMPANY and their BEHAVIOUR

About 5 days of ordering few items from them. Nothing was dispatched.

The numbers that they've provided in website does work, but people at the other end either pickup the call after multiple attempts or cut the call.

And when you do connect, they'll hear your problem and will ask for 10 mins with the promise to call you back. And they don't.

Only later when you call to check up, you realise, they didn't do anything at all. So they'll raise the same excuse why they werent able to do their jobs, again say that they'll call back, but they don't. And again when you check up, same story.

After many days, one of them called back and said the item is out of stock and they don't know when it will be in. So you ask them to cancel the order. And they don't even do that.

Ive concluded It's not a business these folks are running, but simply a game that they like to play sometimes and other times, when they don't feel like it, leave the customers hanging. So have some self respect and don't be the NPCs in their game.

Don't buy anything from here. Absolute tragedy, these people will put you through.

Update: Since the last update, they've cancelled the order and are promising to refund the money. What I can conclude is this is a genuine business and they do care about their reputation, which means they'll try do right by you. But will they do it on their own ? The answer was No in my case. As I really had to push things from my end to get things done.

Let hope they sort themselves out after this.
