DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I ordered a ice tub in February, 3 months later i was still waiting for it, the company wouldn't respond to any of my emails asking for a refund. I eventually got a charge back from the bank and they are trying to retufe this! Cowboy company

Avoid,,Avoid,,Avoid!!!!! I would give no stars here if possible, what an awful product/company! Bought an ice tub from them, the top ring wouldn’t stay inflated from day one, due to hole in seam!! messaged them over and over again but got the same reply,,thank you for contacting us we will reply to your message within 48 hours!! Total Scammers! Useless item fit only for the bin and it’s only now I’m seeing other reviews that say the same, save your money,,or go to a reputable firm that doesn’t sell rubbish!! They do state when you are buying that there is a warranty but that’s just Not true, No chance of a refund if you are sent a faulty item! If this review saves one person from being scammed it will be well worth the time,,go elsewhere!!

Steer clear away from Ice Tub.

In agreement with other reviews it took months for my tub to arrive, but when it finally did it is not water tight. It leaks like a sieve.

I have contacted the support team dozens of times now over the months and I am sure that the support responses are an AI bot as it/they repeat the same information no matter what I reply with.

I wanted a refund and then to throw my ice tub away.
The new owners have stated that they aquiered the company and in doing so have no means to process any of my requests as they "As previously mentioned, your order was placed with the previous owner of the store prior to our acquisition. Unfortunately, this means that we do not have access to the transaction records necessary to process your refund request."

I have a booking reference, a booking confirmation and all the propaganda regarding "TOO MUCH SALE" and is rationale for a delay.

I hope someone reads this review and it gives them the knowledge to buy another brand - Lumi perhaps.

Ordered two ice tubs and it’s been 3 weeks without them shipping. Customer service is not helpful. Asking for a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with my order (order 1941) from this seller. I ordered a pack of Bath Cleaning - 100 Tablets, a Floating Dispenser, and Test Strips × 1. Despite being charged for the full amount, I never received my order.

I have been waiting for nearly two weeks and have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but I have not received any response or assistance. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and unresponsive.

I am now left with no choice but to raise a claim with my bank to get my money back. This has been a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller to prevent facing similar issues.

Embarrassing service - having waited months for delivery of the product, we eagerly set up our Ice Tub and immediately found that there were two leaks at the seam, in the base of our tub which has meant it's impossible to keep water levels in the tub.
Despite contacting customer service immediately with both pictures and videos attached there has been no acknowledgement whatsoever of our message despite being sold faulty goods.
Don't waste your time with this company shocking service and poor quality product.

I cancelled my order via email, yet the icetub was sent out anyway and no refund given. Now I am being ignored from the company. Pretty sure this is a breach of Consumer Customer Regulations. All I want is for them to arrange collection and give me my money back. I shouldn't have to pay for postage due to the companies mistake. I ended up going with a more trusted brand, which I should have done in the first place.

Same as everyone else on here, but, big but!!!!!....mine arrived perfectly boxed , addressed, and from Hereford..... obviously via "Medicine Hat" Alberta!....in between the wait I also received £12 for my upcoming 60th and also for having the faith to hang in there!....As for the product, it's a bargain for me and can't fault what I received for the money.....I understand emails are scant in regards to questions......so here is my sum up......" No idea as to if it's a scam company or not"..... With part refund plus product arriving......I won!......I think?

Ordered Feb, offer running was due to having too much stock, yet they had no stock to fulfill the order. Constant excuses etc, only today did I get notification of dpd expecting the item.

I hope this means it will arrive, however at this stage even if it does this has been the worst customer experience ever. Absolute joke of a company. And they don't even respond to reviews which makes me think they fully know about this also.

Update - received an email from DPD saying there is an unexpected delay receiving the item and they have no further information, will update when they can.

Update: after a myriad of excuses and trying to get me to cancel my order and accept 50% back if I wouldn't wait it arrived 7 months later. The product is great I use it every day but the company is abysmal

Seriously, this was the first thing I bought from social media and this is exactly why. It is a landscape of frauds and weirdos.

Terrible service from the go. I placed an order in late February, I received an email mid to late March telling me my order would be delayed until late April. In late April I requested an update and was told late June.

When I asked for a refund I was given all sorts of conflicting information, and eventually my emails were completely ignored. I have only today (May 21) received acknowledgement that my order has been cancelled and a refund will be processed in 5–7 days, but I’m sceptical that I’ll ever receive my money back.

My advice would be to completely avoid this company and any similar companies or offshoots which will likely be owned by the same people. They’re crooks.

If you’re still in the market for a cold plunge, go with one of the larger brands like Lumi or Cold Pod.

Scam. Same as other reviews. Ordered an ice tub to be delivered mid-March, I got an email to tell me mid-April and it's never turned up. I've emailed for a refund several times with no reply.

multiple excuses for delivery delays as it seems just like all the other reviews.
now told end of the month but have requested refund although im not holding my breath now looking at everyone elses reviews.
If anyone has raised this with legal or police can you update on what you have been told.

Don’t go near them. They take your money, never reply to your emails and no ice tub.

Ordered ice tub in February. Was told that a consignment was being shipped over from America. The latest excuse is, the company being taken over Like other reviews, I have been given 3 separate dispatch dates, non of which have been true.
A request for a refund has been ignored. Emails are no longer being answered.

Reviews from 2023 seemed good, but recently, I am unfortunately inclined to write a review in-line with the ones from the last few months. As others have mentioned, I fell intro this trap as well - ordered through an ad on Facebook. Received confirmation with expected delivery date. Product never arrived, so I patiently waited for a few more weeks before emailing. I received an almost immediate response from “Honesty” about how there were shipping issues, but should be with me within the next 6-8 weeks. This never materialised. Sent a few emails, I received no response. No refund given. Personally - stay away. Never left a bad review and it pains me, but genuinely convinced that this is indeed a scam.

@UPDATE 28/5 - This has now arrived, but not sure if it was worth the hassle. I have amended my 1-star review to 3-stars. Not sure if the 1-star review had something to do with it, or if indeed the business is experiencing some turbulent times, but it has to be said that it did eventually arrive, albeit not the finest customer experience I’ve had.

As people have said it a scam. Ordered on 20th Feb, then offered 50% refund (which I got) with a promise of April delivery which came and went. Now an email saying company is changing ownership and delivery not till late May / early June, so I doubt I will be getting my £25 quid back.

This is a scam. I ordered in Feb and item has never arrived. Requested a refund nearly a month ago and they have stopped replying to emails. I was being emailed by someone called 'Honesty'. This is very frustrating. Social media sites are adverising this con of a company. Apparently now they are being bought over. I am going to try and get a refund via Paypal. Disgrace.

Ordered mine on 23rd Feb and was told i would have it in a week. Its now 8th March and still nothing, zero communication unless i email them. I've now requested a refund which i'm not holding my breath over. Pure scammers, do not go near them.

Total scam, several emails saying the item was in transit, on a container in the Atlantic. I’ve had 4 dates given me by the company and now they have stopped replying to my emails.
Update - despite sending several emails requesting a refund over the 3 month period of the delay and receiving no response the item appeared. On the same day it was delivered I finally had a response to my order cancellation requests saying it was not possible as it had been delivered. Absolutely fuming. I have not opened the package as I purchased another tub from a competitor and I emailed again requesting a return address so I could send the item back. They are refusing on the grounds they don’t refund sale items!!! And I bought in the overstock sale. You can’t write it. Avoid this company and go with cold tub. You’ll get you’re tub within 24hours

Total scam, paid for item £50 which was a too good to be true deal, said it was be delivered in 1-3 days. It never came, waited over two months, every time I asked there was a problem with the shipment and was promised it would be with me soon. Asked for a refund and was ignored, opened a dispute with my bank and got my money back. STAY AWAY! Total scam, you have been warned!!
