Ordered a necklace for my boyfriend as a present. No track and trace, but did arrive. Pictures looked like it was silver colored, but description said it was gold plated (my mistake).

Then, I ordered the right color (which arrived, all was good), but when i tried contacting the customer support to return the gold one, i got no replies. The email on their website does not work and they don’t respond to their whatsapp when messaging them multiple timed. €90 down the drain…

Tldr: quality is fine, my stuff actually showed up but without track and trace. customer support is non existent. you can’t return stuff so make sure you order the right items.

I placed an order exceeding $300 for Christmas gifts on December 6th and have yet to receive any status updates. I have attempted to contact the company via email, Instagram, and Facebook, but have not received a response.They lure people in with false advertising and fake reviews.Avoid at all cost.They definitely are scamming people. Unprofessional and worst site ever...

They are very legit and the jewerly quality its amazing. Anyone can reach them on whatsapp for the great support.

The service system is horrible,they dont respond to any massages or emails,also my neklace were almost 2 weeks till its arriwed but the quality of it is perfect,the box and the neklace (infinity cuban chain 51cm) is both okay but they really need to work on their support system

I purchased "Inverted Diamond Tennis Cross Pendant × 1 46 cm / White gold" for 41$ on 13 June, and they still have not delivered my product. I wrote to them on Instagram and they won't reply.
I'm in contact with my bank because these guys are scamming people and don't ship the products.

J'ai commandé une dookie chaîne et je me retrouve avec une chaîne de déguisement je pense que c'est une chaîne vendu dans les magasins de farce et attrape!!!!! A 100€ !!!! vraiment site à éviter mais vraiment !!!!! Produite de pacotille

Zware oplichters! Ketting met persoonlijke waarde besteld betaald en niks gekregen. Iedereen negatieve ervaringen zijn ook niet bereikbaar voor reacties. Is een Duits rekeningnummer.

J'ai passé une commande numéro 2859. Cela fait 2 semaines et je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles de ma commande. J'essaye de les joindre par formulaire de contact 2 fois j'ai également essayer d'envoyer un mail qui me revient en disant qu'il y a une erreur . . . Si je n'ai pas de nouvelles je devrais porter plainte .. pour signaler une fraude ..

I ordered on the 8/10/2024 from iced out through amazon was supposed to turn up on the 19th I then proceeded to contact seller on amazon then all of a sudden the date says 23rd October to be delivered by. I have a dhl delivery tracking order wich when you put in it don't even work. So again I contact iced out through amazon and they have just said that they will send me another package till when do I need it... (well as soon as possible duh)
I will wait till the 23rd and if nothing I requesting refund as 75 pound it was for new ere hats first time order from iced out on amazon and very bad experience.
Had this before with a seller and product never came seems to be the same story with these what a Shame even if stuff turns up deffo not ordering again to much of a ball ache

0 stars have been waiting over 2 weeks with no communication. Been given a tracking number but have shipping status since. Son spent $230 for a nothing! Ugliest experience!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Confirmed order but no tracking number and still waiting. Total bust. Do NOT order from them. Always do your research beforehand

Ordered my item 13/7/24 got a tracking number 1/8/24 have emailed & dm with no reply or no reasonable communication in what’s happening or what to expect. Now it is 26/8/24 still empty handed.
Really disappointed, heard good things and saw great products through others.

Spent over $230 ain't received any emails or replies just a order number its been 2 days and nothing i cant even call and i have sent multiple emails in regards to my purchase with no results or success
