I ordered a necklace, a bracelet, and a pendant. The products are perfect. Unfortunately, the size I ordered doesnât fit the person. So I wanted to exchange them, since thereâs a 30-day return policy. I contacted customer support via the online form and havenât received a response after a week. I also sent an email and havenât received a reply to that either. I find this very disappointing and unprofessional. The website states that 24/7 support is available and that youâll receive a response within 24 hours.
