Well I can't praise Drippy especially there customer service team,every one is great but especially Charm, has guided, advised and help me all the way.

There were no hard selling on advise and answers to my questions, no matter how many times I contacted them.

Now coming to there products well they are absolutely as advertised and very well pack and shipped.

I have done two orders for me and friends as they were blown away with the quality and beautiful of the bracelets I bought
I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DRIPPY AMSTERDAM, WITH CONFIDENCE !!!!!

The team is so well organised. I ordered the wrong size, soon after that i contacted them on Sunday & they resolved the issue with in couple of hours and corrected the order for me. Wonderful customer support. Waiting eagerly now for my bracelet.

Very happy with the item that i bought , i have been looking for that kind of necklace for sometime and luckily i found it on Drippy

Extremely disappointing experience with Drippy. I returned a ring and had to chase them because they weren’t refunding my money. Only after complaining did they say, “Oh yes, we’ll pass it on to accounting.” Then they claimed the ring was missing from the return package, even though I securely packed it inside, without providing a single photo or any evidence. Only after I demanded proof did they agree to investigate. Meanwhile, they emailed me asking for a 5-star review! Terrible customer service and zero transparency. Nothing gets done unless you chase them. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Drippy.

Really happy with the bracelet! It arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged in a nice box, with a cute pouch included for storing the bracelet or other small jewelry. At first, I was worried it would be too small for my boyfriend, as the links looked quite tight. We almost exchanged it, but then realized there was plastic around the links making it look smaller. Once removed, the bracelet fit perfectly! One small tip: maybe include a sizing reference for customers, as the plastic needs to stay on if you want to return or exchange it. Other than that, we absolutely love it!

Disappointing quality and customer service

I purchased a bracelet from Drippy Amsterdam and after approximately one year of normal use, the clasp no longer locks properly, making the bracelet unusable.

I contacted Drippy Amsterdam by email, and after reviewing the bracelet, they concluded that the issue was simply normal wear and tear, and offered me 20% goodwill discount.

I find this very disappointing. I work in an office and have treated the bracelet normally. It has not been abused, exposed to unusual conditions, or used for anything other than what you would expect from a piece of jewellery.

If a bracelet is considered to have reached the end of its usable life after just one year of normal use, I believe customers should be made aware of that before purchasing.

In my experience, the bracelet lasted approximately one year before the clasp was considered “worn out”. At that point, the jewellery is essentially unusable.

Unfortunately, based on both the durability of the product and the response I received from customer service, I cannot recommend Drippy Amsterdam.

Really lovely jewelry that matches the description, and they are very helpful if there is any issue with an order or anything similar—so I recommend them 100%.

After having some troubles with the delivery company, Drippy was always ready to make sure I am being heard and appreciated.

⚠️ Achtung bei Rücksendungen – keine Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland!

Meine Erfahrung mit der Rückgabe ist leider sehr enttäuschend und aus meiner Sicht alles andere als kundenfreundlich.

Die Produkte werden aus Deutschland versendet, wodurch zunächst der Eindruck entsteht, dass im Falle einer Rückgabe auch eine Rücksendung innerhalb Deutschlands möglich ist. Tatsächlich wird jedoch keine deutsche Rücksendeadresse angeboten. Bei Nichtgefallen oder einer notwendigen Rücksendung sollen die Produkte in die Niederlande geschickt werden. Dadurch entstehen deutlich höhere Versandkosten und zusätzlicher Aufwand – und diese Rücksendekosten werden nicht erstattet.

Besonders kritisch finde ich dies bei defekter Ware: Wenn ein Produkt mangelhaft geliefert wird, sollte der Kunde nicht auch noch auf den notwendigen Rücksendekosten sitzen bleiben. Bei berechtigten Gewährleistungsansprüchen hat der Verkäufer grundsätzlich die erforderlichen Kosten der Nacherfüllung zu tragen.

Für mich ist diese Abwicklung nicht verbraucher- und kundenfreundlich. Gerade weil die Ware aus Deutschland versendet wird, sollte bereits vor dem Kauf deutlich und transparent erkennbar sein, dass Rücksendungen gegebenenfalls ins Ausland erfolgen müssen.

⚠️ Daher mein Hinweis an andere Käufer: Vor der Bestellung unbedingt die Rücksendebedingungen und die Rücksendeadresse genau prüfen.
