It's an ok scheduler. I tested it against Calendly but there was truly not an increase in booked appointments. There customer service is great but all in all not much if any from traffic/conversions perspective. Spent 5k testing the calendar and it was the exact same $153 per booked meeting. We ran a deep A/B split test on the calendar.

I’ve been using Iclosed for two years and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the system.

Managing sales teams is much easier. I say this because I used to use Calendly. Calendly is much less comprehensive than Iclosed.

Iclosed c’est l’outil qui a changé mon business. Sans quoi je continuerai à avoir des profils juste curieux et pas hautement qualifiés en appel de vente ! Le système et le crm intégré permettent de justement faire le trie, relancer et qualifier la cible. Très bon outil et je recommande sans hésiter

I haven't used the tool but... as a former worker for the CEO, I just want to address his lack of care and empathy towards workers... I.E., the CEO, has no care at all for his workers, all he thinks about his getting money in and not rewarding hard working people that actually do the job and make his companies work... I have worked for 2 years as a freelance for one of his companies, I was a very hard worker, proactive, smart and dedicated, working week ends sometimes to get things done. I never had any recognition or thanks from him, but what I got instead was: end of contract with nearly no notice (I obviously do understand that part as a freelance) but at the worst time ever for me (in the middle of buying a house), and my last invoice of thousand euros left unpaid to this day (more than 6 months later)... Promises promises but the reality is lack of care and empathy. Even getting a professional recommendation from him was too much to ask... If how CEO treat their workers does matter to you, then avoid this company at all costs...

Best scheduler tool on the market. Ive tried them all and have spent hundreds of thousands on meta ads on each; calendly, hubspot, etc. iClosed wins in all categories, has more features, and their customer service is the best.
