You double charged bc your team was incompetent on scanning my ticket when I arrived. When I came to get my car they said I didn’t pay which I had already online. They said I had to contest it calling the office which is annoying. I don’t expect anyone to call me and for me to waste time disputing with the office. I was a monthly customer for 5 years and deeply disappointed.

My wife left her car keys home. The attendant was willing to keep her phone so he could move the car. He went a bit beyond what was required.

I paid the $26 online, but the attendant charged me an additional $19.50 for a medium size SUV. You need to have options online so customers be able to choose the pricing based on the car's size, not wait until we get to the facility to charge an additional fee.

Very quick in and out by this garage. Great location!

520 W 43rd St were great. The juggled multiple cars coming in as I arrived to pick up my car and were professionals.

I reserved this spot for $33 and received confirmation with a barcode etc. when I arrived last night the attendant accused me of not having a reservation when the code did not scan. He seemed annoyed with me. I showed him the reservation email. He then accused me of having a larger vehicle. I never had an option to describe my vehicle when I booked it. At the end of the evening he once again yelled at me and charged me an additional $88 to get my car back. I will never use your garages again. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service.

Really great experience overall. Booking online was quick and convenient, and both the drop-off and pick-up were smooth and easy. The staff provided excellent customer service, he was friendly, professional, and he made everything seamless. I’d definitely park here again

A closer, more expensive 24 hour lot recently changed their hours, so the search was on for a new garage with middle of the night access. The 40th street location fit the bill, with a less contested traffic area. Easy reservation process, no "oversize vehicle" surcharge, economical price.
