I made a reservation and got an amazing rate. My car was taken immediately and there was no wait at pick up. The attendants were courteous and friendly. I park here often and I am always satisfied.

I prepaid for a garage and when we…

I prepaid for a garage and when we arrived, the car elevator was broken. I pre-paid $34. The attendant told me to go to another location. Because I didn't prepay for this location, I was charged $84! It also took an extremely long time to get our car parked and I almost missed the Broadway show. We then waited almost an hour for our car to be retrieved upon leaving.

Great experience

Great experience. I was impressed with your parking system... never seen this before (im from Montreal Canada)
Now im curious to see if we have some like this too.

I was at the location in times square, near OYO hotel.

Total Failure…

We arrived at the garage Robo Park LLC 155-145 West 47th st, we were told there was a mechanical failure and no cars could be admitted, we were told that we would be unable to park there and we had to move on. We were given no alternatives. How do I get a refund ?

Excellent service!

The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and patient. They waited for us to unload for my wife and 2 year old son. Incredible good group of guys. Worth the price.

I was charged $45 for arriving 20 min earlier and the cost of my reservation for four hours was $30+$3.
Extortion. I am contacting NY Department of Consumer Affairs.

Please note that per our reservation confirmation, If you arrive before the reservation time, or, exit after the reservation time, you will be subject to pay for the time parked outside of your reservation. This is calculated automatically, and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.

Good parking once I found it.

Pro: I purchased a reservation in advance at Icon's web site. Check-in at the garage was easy, I showed them my receipt and gave them the phone number. I parked overnight. The car was already parked near the exit in the morning, so I didn't have to wait for it. Scanning my pre-purchased bar code at check-out worked, it said I didn't have to pay again.
Con: The address is given as 93rd Street, but that's the more expensive "50" garage. The "70" garage is on 92nd street, just East of the intersection with Columbus Ave. I didn't know that until after I entered the Icon parking on 93rd street and was redirected. Secondly, I didn't get a confirmation email after my purchase. If I hadn't done a screen-shot of the confirmation web page I would have had no proof of the reservation. Maybe my phone number would have worked upon garage entry.

Arrived at garage and was refused entry. Explained I had a prepaid reservation and they said it had been canceled and refunded. It had not been canceled or refunded.

Garage failed to accommodate save spot.

I recently reserved 2 spots at the 50 10th ave garage. The garage could only accommodate 1 of my vehicles. The attendant was apologetic but could only suggest I use a different garage. Which would be to far from my venue. Literally spent 40min getting parking missing most of my daughters birthday party. Why reserve a spot and not allow me to park it there. Also I was unable to get a refund for a spot I could not use. Not to my fault.

The garage was closed and overflowing…

The garage was closed and overflowing when I got there. Now I have a random charge on my credit card for a service I did not receive. Nobody wants to drive around last minute and look for another place to park when they planned it out when they already booked a place.
