I made a reservation and got an amazing rate. My car was taken immediately and there was no wait at pick up. The attendants were courteous and friendly. I park here often and I am always satisfied.

The attendant said that lot was full
The attendant said that lot was full, regardless that I booked and paid in advance. Told me to cancel the booking, which in the app said “oops, something went wrong” after trying multiple times.

Misinformation
Admittedly, I arrived earlier than my paid reservation. This was never an issue in the past. The attendant was very professional as he explained he couldn’t let me in before my reserved time. Unfortunately, at this location you need to drive down a ramp underground. He instructed me to reverse up the ramp to the street. I’m not backing up a blind incline. My only option was to pay a second charge. No where in the app does it state you can’t arrive a few minutes early.

Every time I park here, the same gentleman greets me with a smile and when I return he is there and gets my car so quickly and always very friendly.

This review is a long time coming but after my phone experience today, it could no longer wait…
Absolutely awful. They will tell you they don’t have the space for oversized if you call ahead. You have to argue with them if you show up, WITH A RESERVATION, and an oversized vehicle. It took me fifteen additional minutes to park my Chevy Tahoe, with a reservation, because he had to “call his boss.” Once the nonsense was done, he told me he’d have to charge me extra (fine by me, it says oversized vehicles would incur an additional charge). So, when my reservation is over, I come back to get my car, and I see that he parked my car between a White Suburban and a black Chevy Tahoe! I would never recommend this garage. 0/10. Stay away if you have anything bigger than four door sedan. Stay away no matter what. You’ve been warned.

What you described is not the experience we want any customer to have, especially one with a valid reservation. We understand how upsetting it must have been to be delayed, to feel questioned about your reservation, and then to see your vehicle parked in a way that did not reflect the earlier concerns raised about space. That inconsistency is unacceptable.
While oversized vehicles may require additional coordination and charges, this should always be communicated clearly and handled professionally, without unnecessary delays or confusion. We are addressing this matter internally with our team to ensure better communication, proper handling of oversized vehicles, and a smoother process moving forward.
We truly regret that this experience led to such disappointment and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback is important and helps us improve our service.

As noted in our reservation terms, any time spent parked outside of your reserved time is subject to additional charges. While the delay was approximately 15 minutes, the overage did extend beyond your reservation window, which is why the charge was applied.
