They’re scammers. They double charged me. I paid for a reservation. They took down the number, never text me, then when I came back charged me the drive up rate, never even put in my reservation number, though they had it. I’ve already written to them, they have yet to respond back.

I was amazed and impressed by the technology!! No attendant to move the vehicle and never a chance to have vehicle damaged. But since it is fully automated, if they lost power I wonder who the car would be retrieved.

This is the MOST efficiently run Icon Parking lot I've ever been to! These guys do not get paid enough! Smooth in and out and wait time was manageable. Give these guys a RAISE!

From the ease of on-line booking to the cordial and courteous service upon departure from the garage, it does not get any better.

I booked through the icon app the day before. When I arrived I showed the scan code on my app for the parking I paid. The attendant proceeded to take my information while I kept asking him to scan the code. There was a strong communication gap between us due to language. He didn't scan the code but sent me a text. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told I had to pay and I said no I paid through the app. I argued and showed them the app again indicating that I had already paid. I did not pay again.

On a very cold day the attendant made it comfortable for this physically challenged customer while retrieving my car.

I prepaid for arriving early 10:00 for a discount,I put in 9:30 AM and I arrived 8:25 and the management said I have to wait to 9:30 AM and I had to wait in the car outside on the street for more than a hour.Near Javits ast 43St ande 11th

Arriving ber 10:00 was never a punishment ,arriving 10:01 you loose the early pricing .

Got to parking lot a little late, the assistant was very professional and took care of me upon ny arrival. No issues excellent price 4 hrs for $33. Unbeatable price and location.

We prepaid for parking, but had to pay again to get our car out of the lot. Charged double, even showed the barcoded receipt from icon, nope. No hablas. We had went back and forth for 20minutes with an interpreter on the phone but finally decided to pay the fee again so we could make our cruise. I travel continuously, globally and have never had this situation happen before. Icon is 100% a scam! Steer clear of that company.

I used the online booking and saved a lot of money. The parking location was ideal and I had no issues with the service. My car was waiting nearby when we arrived for pick up so it the wait was minimal. I’d recommend this garage to others
