iCorrect are fabulous at what they do!
What a great efficient service from start to finish.
I cracked my IPad screen after dropping it for the 10th time. iCorrect had it sorted and looking new in a quick turnaround time.
They are also cheaper than going to Apple who wanted way more than what I paid.

Great honest company! I went swimming in the sea (albeit by accident) with my iphone 15 pro and it was completely wrecked - screen stopped working, camera light started flickering etc. I feared the worst and needed to recover the data on that phone. I had enquired with various other companies, all of which told me the phone was too far gone. iCorrect performed an initial cost-effective diagnostic and told me the data was in fact recoverable. Throughout the entire process, they were clear, responsive and professional and I managed to restore everything that was lost! Would highly recommend!!

My 2020 iPad Pro stopped charging. I knew the battery was more or less ok, it was probably the cheapo charging cables I used that fried the port. I looked around, Apple's prices were a bit pricey, so looked around some more and found iCorrect.

Filled out the form on the website; compared to Apple's prices they were better, so took the plunge. I was Not Disappointed. Royal Mail postie delivered a box, collected the packaged iPad on an agreed date, and when it was repaired, my royal mail postie delivered it to door again.

From start to finish they kept me informed, answered all my emails, and I will definitely use them again, 'cos let's face it, I will use my Apple products until they break. 5* and 100% recommended. Shout out to Michael and the repair team!

Absolutely Amazing Apple Products Repair Service Experience - Highly recommended. It was first time that I reached to iCorrect team to repair my mid 2012 MacBook Pro Retina laptop with required number of repairs and service. iCorrect team done absolutely amazing job on this 12 years old laptop with replaced parts, resolved overheating issues, replaced entire screen with 1 year warranty on all repairs. Absolutely amazing communication throughout the process, very well coordinated all steps throughout various repair stages. I was amazed how much care and attention to details was given with suggested few additional repairs as they done great deal of testing to maximise performance of the device. The laptop feels like brand new, and it was great to meet the team. I am absolutely pleased with the professionalism and service from the team at iCorrect. They performed an extremely difficult repair on my MacBook which had been water damaged and short circuited. Ricky and Michael were very informative during the diagnosis process. They explained everything in detail and kept me up to date. By chance found these guys on TikTok, and I couldn't recommend these guys enough, amazing service from the beginning to the end.
Their knowledge and detailed diagnostics alone set them far apart from anyone else.
If you have an issue with an Apple device these are the people to go to, take my recommendation you won't be disappointed.

Was told by Apple my iPhone was a write-off because of a WiFi issue with the main board, but I explained the issue to iCorrect who identified the problem and managed to resolve the issue with a repair - now the phone is perfect. Amazing service, knowledgeable and responsive customer service, simple collection and delivery, quick turnaround and all round excellent job. Well done! Highly recommended 👍

Repaired my earpiece on my iPhone 11 Pro plus - something that apple said would require a whole new screen (and £350).

ICorrect came in at a fraction of that cost - and no, it didn’t need the screen replacing!!

The battery on my first generation Apple Watch had ballooned and needed replacing. I spoke to three Apple Stores and they all said the same thing, your watch is too old and they couldn’t help. So I decided to find an alternative and stumbled on iCorrect; I wasn’t sure about taking my watch to a non-Apple place but I had no choice and took the plunge and phoned. I spoke to a gentleman named Ricky and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, I trusted him instantly and made my way to his office. We sat down in a trendy breakout area and he we spoke about my watch and what the next steps were going to be. He understood that my watch had sentimental value and treated it with care. Within days they had sourced three batteries, the first two didn’t meet up to their standards and finally installed the third. Their attention to detail was amazing; they used a the aide of microscope to fit the battery, ensured the seal was tight, ran through several diagnostics, and even gave my stainless steel casing a clean. The price Ricky quoted in the beginning was what I paid in the end, no hidden costs. It was a perfect price for the high level of service they delivered. iCorrect is my now go to place for electronic repairs. Thank you Ricky and Michael.

Great service, professional and swift

I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro. It developed a fault, an intermittent fault. I kept losing the signal and couldn’t make calls, texts or access the internet until I rebooted the device. I tried phone repair places locally, they were sceptical that the fault existed. I tried anything and everything I could think of to try and sort the problem. I Googled for a solution on a number of occasions, trying different searches each time. It was on the last search that I was directed to an iCorrect video. The presenter spoke in such a positive manner and had such an air of confidence, I knew I’d found the person who had the necessary skills to get my phone up and running. I wasn’t wrong. Okay, it wasn’t quick and it wasn’t cheap. My phone was with them for several weeks. But as I’d been struggling with it for several months and this was my final attempt at repair before the phone was consigned to the bin, I didn’t mind in the slightest. The price? £250.00-a lot, yes. But I paid £520.00 for it about 12 months ago, so it was still the cheapest option. iCorrect kept me informed every step of the way. After the fault had been diagnosed and I’d paid, I received an email telling me my phone was now in the queue for repairing. No fanfares or the usual “Good news Anthony” or promises. Just a “your phones in the queue”. Somehow I found that more reassuring. My phone and I have now been reunited. My iPhone Pro Max now works as it should. Thank you iCorrect.
