I recently called Phil to help sort out a dodgy PTZ camera, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. We managed to arrange a convenient date very quickly, which was a huge plus. He popped over, got straight to the root of the issue, and—bish bash bosh—it was all completely fixed in no time! Not only is he brilliant at what he does, but he’s also a thoroughly likeable chap. Friendly and reliable. Fast to respond to our request for help with a new camera and access to pictures for a new colleague. Took time to explain what they were doing and ensured that we understood how to use the system and how to get the best from our set up.

Phil resolved our longstanding CCTV problem extremely quickly even though our broadband provider and even Open Reach could not. He accommodated me on my only day off that month which was very flexible. On the same day, he installed a brilliant 3 camera CCTV system and Ring doorbell for my mum. His work is diligent and professional, taking great care in both our homes. A very fair price for a fantastic job - can highly recommend.

I’ve had a Spicy cctv and alarm system for years. Recently the app disconnected and I had no idea why. Although it had been three years since my system was fitted I thought I’d drop them a message on the off chance they could help. Sure enough, Phil messaged me with detailed guidance and I was back on line quickly. I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough!..

I called Phil 4 years after my CCTV was installed because I’d changed my internet provider and I was struggling to reconnect to my new server.

I was expecting to be fobbed off or charged, but I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful and patient response.

Phil responded very quickly and he sent me instructions and further details when I had an unexpected problem. With his help and patience I’m now back online with my CCTV at no further cost.
