I ordered the five day detox as I really needed to reset my eating habits, constantly reaching for high sugar snacks and caffeinated hot drinks for energy but generally feeling tired and low energy. I also hoped to drop a few pounds in the process. I’ve just completed my 5 days and I feel great, much more energised, no more sugar cravings, skin is glowing and I lost 4lb. The smoothies and soups were delicious and very filling. Day 1/2 were the toughest for me as I definitely had caffeine withdrawals but day three onwards I felt great. I’ll definitely order again to keep me on track.

I am disabled which has affected my bowels, I have done 2 x 5 day detoxes and done two courses of the 2 day fasting. My bowels have improved so much, I feel fresher. Best of all I have lost 1.5 stone!!! I now am maintaining due to healthier eating patterns and will continue the 2 day fasts to keep on top of things. Being limited in activity it makes losing weight so much harder. All the juices and soups are gorgeous. It has transformed my thinking of food. THANK YOU SUE, you deserve huge success.

Great company to deal with and good, quality products. Sue is great - always extremely helpful and supportive. Currently on the 5 day detox again, having returned from holiday a couple of weeks ago and needing to set myself back on the right path in terms of eating. Smoothies and soups are great tasting - which means the detox never feels like a chore for me.

I love this eating plan. Being able to do the 5-Day plan when necessary (eg after a holiday) and then the 5-2 detox on a weekly basis seems to work so well. I have tried so many, apparently healthy diets the past but I’ve never come across one which gives such encouraging weight loss results so quickly and is so tasty and obviously nutritious. It makes the whole tedious business of having to lose weight and watch one’s weight a really manageable experience. Added to that Sue, you are brilliant, always doing your best to make sure everyone gets what they need when they need it. Thank you for all you do to help so many of us who have been so stuck in an overweight wasteland for years!

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and really struggle with weight loss, so thought I would try this 5 day detox after a recommendation. I was prepared to not lose as much weight as other people, but to my absolute delight I lost 5lbs. My energy levels were boosted too, which is a bonus! I now have two more 5 day detoxs in the freezer. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone, specially people with an under active thyroid.

A great reset. Always nice to lose a few pounds (3lb in 3 days detox ) but sometimes you just need to give your body / liver etc a few days rest. The smoothies and soups are delicious (don’t have to think about cooking !) I felt slimmer than the scales said as I lost ‘bloat’ (being of menopausal age , it’s an
issue ..Grrr) and just generally left me feeling detoxed ..as it says on the label. I’m not an unhealthy eater but I do like a glass of wine, I’m thinking I should do a 2:5 every month to just feel I’m giving my body a monthly spring clean!

I am on day 4 of 5 and feel amazing, days 2 and 3 were a struggle but suddenly like a quick switch feel so good and clear headed, weighing yesterday (day 3) had lost 3lb. The juices and soups taste unreal which I was worried about as I am so fussy. I really think this is going to be the kick start I need and I can't wait to do another one next month. I'm all over the place due to menopause and this has really helped me!

Well where do i start!
I have recently moved up north and i am not going to lie it is absolutely freezing (something i am not used too!)
Anyway i have found myself comfort eating complete rubbish and in doing so i managed to pile on the weight eakkk.
So i ordered myself a 3 day juice clense. I was nervous as i live by a really sweet tooth.
My order arrived so i plucked up the courage and stood on the scales. 10 stone 2lbs i was mortified. I've not weighed this much since my twins were born.
I was now super determined to start this clense!
I drank the first two juices really slowly and i struggled throughout the day because my family were still eating everything in site. Cooking meals was hard work as i was starving but i stuck with it.
I craved chocolate and all things naughty but i gave my head a wobble as i wanted to try and get back on track with my weight/health.....

I did it 3 days was over so i stood on the scales again.... oh my days i stood on and off a few times as i couldn't beleive the numbers.

I started at 10 stone 2 lbs and after 3 days of hard work i dropped to 9 stone 7lbs.
Thats a whopping 9lbs loss in 3 days!!!

This juice clense really works.

All i need to do now is stay away from binge eating comfort food as i never want to see that number again!!!

I am now going over to fruit as snacks instead of chocolate and biscuits.

Hi, I just wanted to say a massive thank you. I’ve lost about 20cm across my whole body doing the 5 day detox I’m more in tune with my body, I’m eating better and cutting out the crap a lot, my portion control is so much better, I make sure I eat my 3 meals a day. The bloating has gone and I just feel so much better In myself. This detox for me was about getting a kick start to get me where I needed to be, and the will power to do it for 5 days. I’ve still got a long way to go but I’m sure I’m heading in the right direction now and for that I cannot thank you enough. I will be back for more xx

I have completed the detox and lost 5lbs.
I hope it will serve as a kick start to a healthier eating plan going forward.
I would have no qualms about undertaking again in the future as the soups are delicious. I personally struggle a bit with smoothies but I did complete the plan correctly.

Having done several 5 day all smoothie detoxes since June and losing over a stone. I now do a form of 5:2 where I have odd days of detox and am still slowly losing weight. I tried other slimming groups but this works better for me.

I have to admit, with all the diets, weight loss programs and watching everything I eat, I’ve never felt so good after doing the 5 detox.
Although I lost an incredible 11lb, the other benefits are amazing. I’ve suffered with bloating for years and within 48hrs, I felt like I was floating.
The bloating had gone and I physically felt unbelievable.
The biggest benefit was my mental health. My thoughts were crystal and I felt focused and everything felt easy. My vision improved and the deep sense of pressure on my shoulders vanished.
This for me is an absolute game changer and I do the detox every month. My eating habits have changed although I still indulge on occasions and I feel like a new person.

I’ve completed this detox a few times now. Having previously tried others, this by far is superior to the others and much more reasonably priced.
I have had a gastric bypass and wish I’d found this before because I stopped losing weight and started to pile it on again. Mentally it ruined me but this detox was recommended. I didn’t hold out much hope but it’s amazing. I’ve now lost all the weight I piled on and I’m losing more than I ever expected.
I complete a 5 day detox every 4 weeks and do 5/2 in between. It’s incredibly easy and tasty which makes it easy. The weight loss and how amazing you feel inspires you to continue. I have to say the owner is the most relatable person ever. Extremely passionate about her detox and always available when you need her. Amazing business but one who really cares, believes and does exactly as promised.

Really can’t rate this detox high enough, I lost 13.5lbs and 39cms overall. anyone looking to kick off their healthy lifestyle needs to start with this.
