Octopus are so easy to deal with. You ring them up and WOW…. they talk to you. If only all companies would learn this difficult customer satisfaction trick. Nobulelo Asanda was great and did what I wanted simply and efficiently.

Various issues (Smartmeter & reading inputs)

We've had a smart meter fitted yet I'm still asked, every month, to input the meter reading.
I get emails at random dates asking for meter readings. Why is the email not sent at the same time each month? When I click on the email link, I'm shown three options, two of which lead to the same place!
A simple, monthly job, has become confusing.
