I wouldn't recommend buying from this company i had issues with my m4 the day after it arrived had no power was advised to unplug the cables and plug them back in which worked for a while which I informed the company with a no care they just send you scripted ways to try and fix a faulty scooter the Range on them is not what you get the battery isn't very good multiple issues will occur very early on such
Loose handle bars
Brake pads loose
You will get a puncture tyres are very thin
Bolt on the side of the wheel bracket will be done up so tight you can't undo them so you can't change inner tubes
Battery will be fully charged but it won't last 2 miles multiple issues with power
The customer service is terrible they don't seen to care even when the scooter is clearly faulty just bounce you from departments had to contact an ombudsman and a claims team as they don't fix there own faulty products they require you to fix them if I could give the review 0 stars I would I hsve a few friends who purchased these scooters to which I will informing them to get a refund aswell
