As I see right now a lot of people have similar experiences with this insurance. I don’t suggest at all!

If's home insurance. I had been their client for years, but when I had an issue which entirely corresponded to an insurance case according to the contract, they refuse to reimburse, claiming that it was a construction defect.

Kindlasti ei soovita Ifi kasko toodet, õudne kogemus viimase kaskojuhtumi osas 2018a sõiduki puhul kus If keeldus hüvitama katkiste esitulede kahju väites et niiskus tekkis mõlemasse esituledesse lihtsat aja jooksul ning välist kokkupõrget ei olnud.

Lisaks, suunatakse oma nõndanimetatud lepinguliste partnerite juurde nagu Ammeco Auto kes keeldub kahju hindamisest ning pakub lihtsalt kustutada esitulede vigu sõiduki armatuurplokkist.

Õudne kogemust Ifi klienditeenindusega + ülbe ja ebaprofessionaalne suhtumine Ammeco Auto poolt = Õudus kuubis.

Better to use other insurance companies, travel insurance is useless because almost everything in the contract is “exempt” from paying the reimbursement to the client. Total waste of money.

My car’s front got smashed by a truck. It is a Toyota Prius. I immediately got it inspected by Toyota where I purchased the car and had all maintenance done. Toyota forwarded the claim to the IF insurance. IF wrote that they had received the proposal from Toyota but requested me to get an alternative offer from one of their partners. I immediately replied that they should send somebody to inspect the car. The front end of the car is smashed. The lights are not working. It is not safe to drive in. No answer from IF. My wife called and explained the situation. IF promised to take action. Nothing happened. I resent the mail to IF. Nothing happened. I had to wait MORE THAN A MONTH before IF managed to find somebody who could provide a cheaper proposal than Toyota. This WITHOUT inspecting the car! It could have been done the same day they got the quote from Toyota! IF found a small out of town countryside place where nobody speaks a single word of English (I am not Estonian). IF I am lucky, I MAY get it repaired in a couple of weeks. What a lack of service! Shame on you IF.
