For past orders I would have given the top rating, since I've always received all the goods on time. But due to the last order I'm forced to give only one star. I am a European customer, and the last order, despite having paid the customs fees, came back to the sender; so I wrote several mails and messages but still never received the goods or a refund. Such a bad behavior, I didn't expect that from this company.

Loved every item! The owner & her staff were all so friendly and helped me choose what I’d like based on what I’ve brought before. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Absolutely amazing I've ordered many times and will continue to order more. Delivery is so fast and food is great with alot of variety. Also love the lives on tiktok its great to watch orders being packed. Staff are very nice.

Incredible experience. Ordered 3-5 days delivery and was delivered 2 days after I ordered. Great communication, and service. Not forgetting all the delicious snacks and drinks, loved my mystery box!

Always items missing,
No one ever Never replies to emails they expect you to just let it drop! Well not this time it’s over £30 from my order that’s missing! And no one is helping me.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I had query so chose to email customer service/Michelle who couldn’t of been anymore helpful if she tried. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Always try support small business’s but this one went above and beyond. I will most definitely be returning.
