The basket did not originally arrive at the destination and when it did a week late, it was moldy, spoiled, and inedible. Even the basket was growing green. They do not have a customer service phone number and the individuals on the help email will send you in repetitive circles with no solutions and the same questions. They will also blame the postal service within those circles rather than taking professional action or accountability. It was very poor form. This was a very bad experience.

What a perfect gift to send to my recovering sister, who spent a week in hospital after having a stroke. She was ecstatic with the fruit gift. All so lovely and fresh. Five stars ⭐️ well deserved.

We have used iGift for our client Xmas hampers for the past few years. Always easy to work with and great presentation of the Champagne and chocolate gift hampers. As we bulk order it's great to have all the tracking and deliveries sorted for us. Super friendly and willing to help too.

I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered to a place, but it was an apartment complex. I was not aware. The main building had one number only. IGift Hampers did a fabulous job taking an extra step for the customer left it in the post office and txt me with regards to the matter. No other company would have done this. I really appreciate it. I've ordered a few times here and the gifts are excellent. Good quality, nice packaging and great customer service when I need it.

I live in Brazil and my daughter in Australia. I found this site on Google and since then, when I want to introduce my daughter, I always buy chocolates and fruits.
I loved it, the delivery was on time, the delivery man was very kind. And the main thing is the feedback that the company has with us, always informing every step of the order, delivery, and whether I was well attended to.

I ordered a gift basket for my sisters 80th birthday the one they sent was not the one I ordered. I contacted them several times they just kept coming back saying it was the correct one I tired to get intouch with the owner who didn’t come bk to me I have asked customer services to send all our emails to Maria. But they don’t seem to want to. I ordered from them b 4 and was pleased. But not this time the fruit was small and not good quality my sister said it would only have cost at most at top dollar 15$ the I paid them over 100$
I would not use them again as went I pointed out to them the problem they just said we sent what u ordered. Have a good day
I feel as I am in the UK they think I would not b aware of what they sent , my niece and my sister sent me the photos. I was shocked.

When I placed my order I paid extra for same day delivery but it was not yet delivered three days afterwards. Upon requesting cancellation I was advised that the person who was to man the website had covid. Surely communication between staff should have resulted in someone else filling in.
Unacceptable bad service!

I received an email from iGift offering to pay for positive reviews, which is ironic because they claim that all negative reviews are 'fake and paid for' by their competitors. On that note, I am here to confirm that I am a REAL customer who had a REAL bad experience with this company. My money was taken and the product was not delivered (similar to other reviews here, which iGift claim are fake). I have been chasing a refund for months but iGift refuses to return my money. Be careful with this company!

I would never recommend this company. Blessed to have to mothers in our family. I chose 2 different companies to have gifts delivered. I ordered Sat (late I know the day before Mother’s Day). Roses only had an easy website and delivered on Mothers Day as promised. I-gift gave the impression they would deliver but actually if you paid for express it might be delivered in 1-3 days. They are not contactable over the weekend and on Monday there phone is not manned and you chat online with someone who won’t answer you directly (our mother was at an address over the weekend (for Mother’s Day a Sunday) and Monday& Tuesday. Igift apparently deliver 1-3 days and don’t count weekends! And won’t talk to you or communicate accept to tell you your gift will be delivered on their terms and you will not get answers accept:

We have used iGift hampers many times and every time their service is exemplary, the products are superb and their website is so easy to use. Highly recommend them.

My family were kind enough to send me flowers for mothers day. You would think that if sending boxed flowers , then the flowers would be somehow secured in the box so they weren't bashing around on the sides of the box. Received half dead looking and ratty from the trip. No care taken.

I am totally disgusted with the service and presentation of my order and would recommend that you do research before purchasing from these companies.

I ordered a hamper for my parents for Easter 🐣 they have had a tough time with my dad being diagnosed with terminal cancer.they love fruit so I picked a hamper with fruit and chocolate and flowers.
The website presentation was completely different from how it is delivered. False advertising is the only thing I can say as it definitely isn’t the same thing that you receive.
My parents threw out the fruit as it was bruised, soggy, and rotten. When I reached out to customer service they tried to turn it back on my parents by saying they were not home to receive the package how long was it out .

Firstly I requested contacting the customer on delivery as the are elderly and the gate is always closed.

Secondly my parents don’t go out as my dad is fragile and unable to move more than 15-20 steps and his exhausted and needs to lay down.

Third the driver rang the bell and my mum went out to get it .
They have cameras all around the house .

I would have been more than willing to except an apology from the company for the presentation and fruit that was sweaty , bruised, soggy and rotten and a explanation that it was a long weekend I’m really sorry .
Instead straight on the defensive side trying to blame my elderly parents for the disgraceful condition of the fruit they weren’t able to eat.

Do yourself a favour save your money

It was an extremely disappointing package.

I ordered a luxury fruit basket from England for my son who lives in Sydney, plus a plant and other item.
There was an issue with the plant I ordered being out of stock. The customer service team contacted me immediately to let me know and we were able to sort an alternative and still get next day delivery. This is despite the fact that it was 5am in Australia. Excellent customer service, very helpful.
My son has his fruit basket, champagne, chocs and plants (plus a little Chris treee), so he knows his mum is thinking about him on the lead up to Christmas.

Received this hamper as a birthday present, and when I opened it, all I was thinking was "OMG" and not for good reasons. Below are my reasons:
1. Overpriced!
2. Fruits were much less than what is shown in the picture!
3. The quality of the fruits was bad, wrinkly, old, soft, etc!
4. Using Auspost to deliver perishable and delicate products was a bad choice! Should have delivered it yourself with the price you charged.

They don’t answer their phone, they announced they could not deliver my gift, but they took my money. Then no response to emails, on line chat or phone. Don’t risk it!
