We organised a get-well basket for someone who had just had a heart operation and the recipient had to go outside to meet with the driver because he couldn't find the address!
Other than that, the recipient was grateful and said that the basket was well presented.
Their website was very easy to navigate through which helped our urgent matter much easier to deal with.

The delivery was good, on time. The inside of the gift box the fruit was not presented in a nice way, everything was just rolling around in the box.

Thought it was a bit expensive for the quality of fruit provided.

I've sent many fruit hampers as gifts and they're always delivered on time, with quality fruits.

Wednesday 7th September
This item was ordered for delivery on Monday 5th September, it sat for 2 days a a depot awaiting delivery, NOT IMPRESSED!!

I purchased a fruit/ plant and candle hamper for $90

I paid extra for express as it was out of Sydney area. The delivery took seven days from purchase. I had to chase the Freight company other wise it may have taken a few more days.
I emailed this company a few times with a reply and they said they would refund me for express payment.

Basket arrives 7 days later fruit was still good I will Amit. However there was no candle in the hamper that I had paid for.
So I email them to be told it was marked off twice that it was in there….. well it’s not!!
So now I have had no responses from the company nor the express refund they promised.

You cannot contact them direct the phone number doesn’t work either, you can only email them as the chat on the website didn’t work either.

So I’m disappointed with there service when there’s an issue.
I will not be making further purchases from this company and will support the little guy next time.

The reason I purchased the candle hamper with the fruit was for a family who had just lost a love one. Instead I had to wait a week after they had passed away for the hamper to arrive and then have no candle and still be charged for it.

Update…..
This company has contacted me yesterday and have been great with communication. They have offered me an apology and a full refund for the candle.

The native flower bouquet was a nice touch and good value .

Just a little concern regarding the variety and amount of fruits in the fruit box . It is a far cry from the fruit box shown in your iGift website which is disappointing . Strawberries and red grapes were not in the fruit box delivered.only 2 small clusters of green grapes . We were expecting ting red grapes and a fuller bunch . These fruits are good nutrition for post natal mother and easy to eat . The pineapple in the box takes some effort and time to cut .

Hope this feedback will be taken into consideration with your fruit selection and packing process reflecting the quality and standard of your fruit hamper services.

This is the second time I have used iGift Hampers and the second time I have found this to be a great alternative to sending a bunch of flowers. The mixed basket of fruit & a flowering plant is something that is both practical and lasts much longer. The prices are good and delivery has been on time. Will definitely be back again.

Something for everyone to share and they loved it.

Customer care isnt really customer care. All they do is trying to answer in a good manner but dont solve a problem if you have one during the shipment.

Website a bit confusing. Encouraged to build your own hamper, which I did, but then there was no automatic card and my written message was not delivered either with the gifts. This left the recipient calling around to find out who sent the gift! Gifts are good and delivery was on time to be fair. Apparently, if you build your own hamper of gifts, you then have to order and pay extra for the gift card. If you order a hamper, then the card and message is included. This is not clear on the website. Patricia, Sydney
