Website pricing & wording was confusing. Goods looked nothing like what was ordered. Disappointing.

I have used this service before and they deliver on time. I also like notification updates to inform me that it has been delivered.

Ordered hamper to be delivered on a Monday and is currently in a Auspost Centre undelivered at this point. The Hamper is Fruit so it's now effectively rotting in a mail Centre.
Why would any company use Auspost to deliver such an item. Auspost couldn't deliver a drop of rain in a monsoon.
Happy to at a later date give a report on the contents but with it being in transit 3 days at least before delivery possibly not a fair comparison of what was sent.
If l had known it was being delivered (term delivered used loosely) by Aus Post l would not have ordered from you.
This review is in no way critical of the product sent.

I ordered a fruit hamper from iGift with my preferred delivery date clearly stated. However, the hamper was delivered 5 days early and now I have to worry about how to preserve the fruits before I need to use them. Since it is a gift, I am very disappointed with the service this time.

iGift Hampers have so many to choice from and was extremely happy with the presentation and prompt delivery. My friends were extremely happy. I will be back to by more!!!! Thank you

The hamper was great, exactly what it looked like online, both myself and the party that it was intended for both happy with the delivery.
In terms of the customer service team, that is to be desired.
My $10 off coupon was invalid when I tried to use with my purchase ( still today 1 week on and the company still has not resolve this issue for me.
Very disappointing as my purchase was quiet large and the coupon would have come in handy.

Sometimes it’s difficult to send gifts from The UK to Australia, but iGift Hampers made ordering so easy and delivered on time, which doesn’t always happen in UK. I will use them again. The recipient sent me a photo of the fruit box, it looked fabulous. It went down well!

Everything was perfect.

Ordered a bamboo plant and balloon for a birthday gift to a very sick hospital patient. Was delivered in a cardboard box like an Australia post package and left on the patients chair till a visitor unboxed it two days later. Surely a “gift hamper” would arrive with the balloon and plant visible as any other flower deliver normally would?

Easy to use website, great prices and good quality.

I’ve used iGift hampers before, and I’m a very satisfied customer. Easy to organise online, prompt delivery. Highly recommend.

I ordered a non-perishable gift hamper for a birthday gift. I ordered it on 13 July and asked for NSW delivery by 1 August, so 2 1/2 weeks notice. iGift only shipped it on 1 August! It was for a Baileys liqueur hamper with a few chocolate additions - hardly difficult to source!
Lesson learned - I won't use iGift again!

You have replied that you did send me an email - yes you did but only on 1 August!

Web site does not have contact email! The company delivered "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to a hospital instead of "GET WELL" to a surgery patient.
It is beyond disappointing and embarrassing. The web site clearly says balloon theme is according to the message theme. The message on this order is clear "GET WELL".

Great website, user friendly, gift was greatly appreciated by recipient.

Ordered the Deluxe Fresh Fruit Hamper, last week, as a Get Well gift for a friend. Although, it was a nice, fresh hamper, I was a little disappointed that it was not like the example on your website, not as much fruit received as photo. Thank you.

while the mini orchid arrived safely it states i would receive a glass or ceramic pot- i was a little disappointed to receive neither. The plastic pot in a metal box looked alot cheaper than “luxuriously packed in a glass” as advertised on the website.
