Good communication and assistance giving 100 percent

Sandy made our home-loan application an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. She was quick, efficient and kept us updated at every stage, which removed so much of the uncertainty and stress one would normally expect from this process.

She went above and beyond by following up with multiple banks, motivating the application where needed and negotiating for a better interest rate. Her communication was friendly, clear and proactive, and we always felt that our application was in capable hands.

After vacating my apartment, I spent over a month chasing my deposit. I responded to every email, disputed inspection findings with evidence, and waited while IGrow investigated various issues. Every time I followed up, I was told to wait.

After all of that, I was finally informed that my deposit was not even held by IGrow because it had apparently been paid to the property owner two years ago.

The question is: Why was this not established from the beginning? Instead, I was put through weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth over inspection items, quotations and delays, only to be told that IGrow didn’t even have my money.

Throughout this process, Charlene Liberty and Nomandla Jozi’s communication was extremely poor. I constantly had to follow up for updates instead of being proactively informed about the progress of my deposit refund. As a tenant, I should not have had to repeatedly chase answers for over a month.

The lack of communication, accountability and organisation was extremely disappointing.

This entire experience wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress and left me chasing answers that should have been available from day one.

I grow is so crappy , but I suspect it depends on whether they value you or not, which is unfair considering they don’t use that value system when they charge you for the horrible management of your unit. In the recent years I was assigned a very incompetent agent called Jamie-Lee, she is the worst, gross incompetence and inability to take accountability and self correct. On top of the poor service I received , I was charged for inspections that never happened (they are thieves). Don’t even bother escalating anything, management is also incompetent , they don’t respond to emails.

The service I ALWAYS receive from Liezel Leetion-Smith is always beyond excellent. Thank you Liezel you are a dream to deal with, an absolute GEM!
